I’ve ordered from this Taco Bell multiple times over the past couple of months, and every time I order the 5-layer burrito with added rice, it’s made poorly. This most recent visit was a perfect example. I picked up the burrito and one entire side was cold. When I opened it, the sour cream was barely inside and mostly clumped on one end, and they didn’t add the rice at all.
I understand that mistakes happen occasionally, but this has been a consistent issue, especially with late-night orders. It’s frustrating to pay for modifications and repeatedly receive food that’s thrown together carelessly or missing ingredients. I really hope quality control improves.

If You’re Reading This Seriously, You’ve Already Missed the Point

Let’s get one thing out of the way: if you are reading a review of Taco Bell looking for authenticity, culinary depth, or “the soul of Mexican cuisine,” I regret to inform you that you have made several life choices that brought you here.

This is Taco Bell.
It is not about flavor.
It is about speed, survival, and questionable decisions after 10 PM.

Did I get my food fast? Yes.
Was it hot-ish? Mostly.
Did it satisfy a late-night burrito craving brought on by Taco Tuesday, poor planning, or mild regret? Absolutely.

That’s the entire mission statement.

The menu reads like someone shuffled the same six ingredients and renamed them repeatedly, and honestly? Respect. The Crunchwrap Supreme exists not because it should, but because it can. It is American engineering at its finest.

Is this Mexican food? No.
Is it an American interpretation of Mexican food? Also no.
It is Taco Bell, a separate food group entirely. Expecting otherwise is like going to a gas station for sushi and being shocked.

This is the place you go when:

It’s late

You’re hungry

You don’t want to think

You’ve accepted the consequences

And let’s be honest — Taco Bell is undefeated in the late-night category. When everything else is closed and your judgment is weak, the Bell answers.

So yes, five stars.
Not because it’s “good,” but because it knows exactly what it is and never pretends to be anything else.

If you want authenticity, go elsewhere.
If you want fast, cheap, and emotionally supportive burritos at midnight — welcome home.

Took a long time to get 2 bean burritos they did not know there own menu. They serve no napkins at all because they said they ran out.the bathroom was terrible, dinning room needed help and you just felt like the other people waiting was ( when will this end) be very careful if you go there.

This was the worst food I have ever tasted from a Taco Bell location. Besides the fact that it was overcooked, the food didn’t have much meat. The Crunchwrap had a couple of bites of meat and the chicken quesadillas didn’t have any meat, they barely had cheese. This was the first and last time I will ever eat at this location.

I recently had a terrible experience at Taco Bell. The workers were rushing me, and several of them came off as rude, which made the whole visit uncomfortable from the start. The food was consistently cold, and a few items were burnt, so I left disappointed and hungry. Portions also seemed off, which added to the frustration after repeatedly trying to give this location another chance. To make matters worse, there was a female at the drive-thru and a light-skinned man with tattoos who were particularly disrespectful, making the interaction even more unpleasant. I’m planning to reach out to corporate to address these ongoing issues, as I’ve been a loyal customer hoping to see improvements but haven’t. The outside looks nice but the inside very dirty and employees are rude and often disrespectful management please do better hire better and nice people and I did not like how that girl was very judgmental on what I got

They were out of several things. They offered us a taco since there were no more chalupas… but chalupas much higher priced items so we asked for cheesy gordita crunch instead. They then gave us the bag of food as if they gave us the cheesy gordita and got home to find out they still gave us a singular taco to make up for no chalupas without any price adjustment or refund….. Also no onions when I ordered them on my food, and incorrect sauces on my items, with the food all being cold despite living one minute away :)

This little girl in the picture was very rude to me amd my family and kids rolled her eyes when we asked for our drinks for our order and then proceeded to throw them at us across the counter and hitting one of my kids with the cups she threw!!

I hope the manager that was working September 13th @ 1:30pm at this location does something about this because im going to higher up and letting them know about this!!!

Also the food just sat in the back getting cold. She left back in the back on purpose! This is unbelievable and unacceptable!!! This isnt how you treat people... you dont like your job then stay home.
