Staff was nice with the minimal Interaction we had… but there was no ice in the machine nor did they fill it the 30 minutes we were there.. and the sodas were room temperature. There was no one in the lobby… yet it was dirty. The food was okay. It’s Taco Bell, lol. I’m all for taking it easy when you can but……

Taco Bell - Groveland, FL If I could rate a ZERO I would! I ordered a large nacho fry! I asked for fresh fries! Guess what! I didn’t receive fresh fries! I got old fries! Cashier Amanda said the was fries was about 10 - 15 minutes old! Mind you I ordered in drive thru at the speaker! And I specifically asked for FRESH fries! She told me to park for fresh fries! I said okay! I parked & I waited! So I got out my vehicle and I went inside the restaurant! Amanda said they just came up! LIES! About 5 minutes roll by and a girl finally bring them to me! Those fries was not fresh at all! I waited for the same batch of fries I got the 1st time! Horrible & Poor Service! Honestly I want my money back! Either way I will not patronize Taco Bell Groveland, FL ever again! AWFUL SERVICE!

Late night crew horrible is nto the first time I come by and an hour before closing they already are cleaning grill so can't order full menu happens alot....tonite on top of that there was no customer in line meaning no rush.... Order the chicken chalupas, add nacho cheese $+ and doritos taco another plus charge....I don't kind waiting extra, bjt get home first chalupa shep was stupid hard no nacho cheese barely any chicken n very cold... Get second one made them with mix of beef n steak was nasty...I know this kids wanna leave early but wow it's becoming worst n worst...
