Rip off. Tiger point store has Horrible customer service. Current manager laughs in your face when your order is wrong. Wont be coming back. They never have any customers for a reason. Crap staff.

Arby's is a favorite fast food place. We rarely go there but when we have it's always been tasteful. I've always enjoyed the Reuben sandwich and curly fries. Much rather eat Arby's than McDonald's, or Burger King. Most of the sandwiches are tasty.

Your manager was very rude and treated me very poorly. If she doesn’t like her job she shouldn’t work there. Doors were locked I proceeded to the drive thru and she then said the doors are unlocked now come inside when I went inside she proceeded to yell at me.

Day time staff is great! But the food quality could be better. I ordered a Greek gyro and the bread was completely dried and hard. I also asked for extra sauce which was never added. These issues can be fixed by paying more attention to detail. I'm a local, so I'll be returning again because I love Arbys.

It took an excessive long time to get two sandwiches. The service was not good. The person taking my order just kept saying I’m sorry I’m sorry as I was driving away and checking my order I found I did not have my curly fries so I had to drive up, turn around and come back To what they had left off of my order.
I was not happy at all with the service and the food today they must have some new people working!

The lady on the microphone at 10:10 am acted annoyed that I was there. I heard her say "Already?" and then "give me a few minutes"
They opened 10 and still weren't ready at 10:10...NOT EVEN A DRAWER IN!

I don't know who's managing this place but I have been there twice and they didn't have roast beef. This is crazy to me. If you're not going to have roast beef you might as well close the place down
