The other day I came in and the line was out the door and the cute and sweet gentleman, Tanner, was helping everyone while the other boy had his phone propped up with an earpiece watching something. Kinda frustrating because the line was long and it took a minute. The other boy helping everyone was super attentive and polite!!

I would love to give a shout out to Tanner , who served us on July 11th. I was so very impressed when my 6 year old grandson wanted to add gummies to his selection and Tanner made sure to look up and get the parent okay. So impressed !!!!

The ice cream is good, unfortunately the place is always dirty and they don’t wash their hands before they scoop the ice cream or wear gloves. I do love the flavors, but they really need to keep the ice cream shop cleaner and more hygienic when serving customers.

Bad vibes. I came in about 8ish last night and there was an older lady and younger man working. I walked in with my two girls and said hello. Neither one of them said anything back at first, and I know I said it loud. They both made eye contact and looked away. Then the older lady finally said hi in a tone that was forced. You guys have to do better; this isn’t right.

Showed up ten minutes prior to closing and they had already locked the doors. I’ve worked in customer service in multiple locations. If you’re open till a certain time then you stay opened until then. Absolutely ridiculous.
