First off it seems kind of crazy to pay $20 on a burrito and an iced tea . I must be out of touch . The food did taste good and I enjoyed it but you could not eat this as a burrito it would never stay together . So I ate it with a fork . The store seemed dirty like they had been through a rush and were just catching up . The floors were dirty the counters were dirty and I could visible see standing water from an employee wiping with a wet towel . Streaks of little puddles of dirty water spread all across the surface rather than cleaning the counter correctly. I thought they were nice people and the food was great until I got to the bottom and found a chunk of seed hull and a big inedible piece of avocado kind of gross and there is no way someone did not see that piece while it was being made .
This was my first visit to Chipotle and I will probably give them one more chance but if you can't clean the easy things what must the hard to clean things look like ? So gross to bite into what looks and feels like an ear ! I did enjoy the taste before I bit into an ear .

We love chipotle but this branch was the worst we’ve eaten at. They didn’t have veggies and said they weren’t making any more 4 hours before they closed. The food tasted off. Not on par with what we expect from chipotle!

food was okay i had to tell the worker to please add more as there was 5 pieces of meat in the bowl and they charged me extra when i said something about it the manager was rude and making a big deal out of me wanting my money back.

Just ordered here from door dash and hair was in my food!!! I can’t drive up to the location and they don’t have anyone answering their phone! Never again!! So disgusting!

It is physically impossible to call the local store or corporate and speak to anyone. Heaven forbid don’t make a mistake placing an order. There is zero correcting it, even an hour before they begin making the food for a scheduled pickup.

I’m not sure what’s going on at this location but everything was over cooked and wilted (fajita veggies and pico de gallo) except for the rice, which was undercooked and crunchy. It was terribly. Worst chipotle location by far. I asked for chips and pico de gallo, the guy gave me the pico but not the chips. Seemed like he wanted to get rid of me lol oh well!

About half the time, the workers seem like they’re upset to be there. This last time, they didn’t have any fajitas and when we asked the worker if there were any coming, he said “I dunno.”

Small portions for a large price. Was astonished to pay almost 40 for a bowl and a burrito as well as two drinks. At other Chipotles, I've gotten better portions.

Service and atmosphere is terrible everytime I come here. Today the male employee was rude to the other female employee and the atmosphere was very tense. I like the food but what is this worse than McDonald’s customer service.

Would give a zero on stars if I could. This place was trashed, food all over the floor it’s disgusting, everyone here hates their job and the food was so salty. I was scared to eat mine it was so gross and dirty. I will never come here again. I’d rather lick the sidewalk.
