Very nice restaurant lots of choices. My biggest pet peeve was my adult son ordered country fried steak one of his favorites. Very disappointing that it was a processed patty. Mind you this was 14.50. Not real beef, you know how easy and inexpensive a cubed steak is ?? Food tasted good overall. My husband had standard biscuits and gravy his only comment was the sausage was very salty. I ordered shrimp and grits tasty , presentation wasn’t great and I would have opted for a different size bowl to plate it in very hard to eat in a deep bowl. Lil one was thrilled with her tater tots and toast and bacon. Service was TOP NOTCH, young Asian lady was hustling and friendly and clearly knew her way around a busy restaurant. She was waiting tables, cleaning tables and in the kitchen.

I went to chirps looking for a breakfast and some drinks. I ordered a tequila sunrise, mimosa and a honey iced coffee. I was seated close to the bar and I saw when my drinks were ready except the coffee. When the coffee was ready I looked employees walking by the bar. I ask to the server who was and old guy and an oriental guy and she told me "the manager and owner". Both walked by the bar looking my coffee and they never running it to my table. I waited 28min for my coffee. The runner when arrived with the food was totally sweaty. The servers were with long hair without a tie. The food was ok but doesn't worthy the money. I was really highly disappointed

A lot of times, I am picky about my bloody mary from a breakfast place. However, these guys made a perfect one!! I also really enjoyed my omelet. I initially was going to do the chicken and waffles because it says ha d breaded chicken, and I've never had chicken and waffles lol next time! Their ranch wasn't the best but the gravy was delicious. Overall, it's a great place to go!

People who don't eat there very much well, they don't get waited / treated good. Co worker went there by himself & the waitress didn't check up on him after she brought him his food but the same waitress was waiting on the table behind him & even said the customer's names. He said that was his 1st time there.

Please save your money and bypass Chirps. We got the chicken salad sandwich with country potatoes and cheeseburger all of which were subpar. Service was mediocre. Ambiance was out dated 90s style. Won’t return.
Great breakfast gem. Don’t let the location fool you. This place is good. Excellent Benedict, waffles, beignets and Drinks. Go!

Been to Chirps several times. Never disappoints and always exceeds expectations. Their breakfast of eggs and French toast with bacon was amazing. The service was spot on with frequent checks on our coffee. Give the a whirl. We will surely be there again.

First time here. We felt like they were doing everything to earn our business. Very polite people. Fantastic service and the food was awesome. This will be our go to breakfast/lunch choice when we are in Gulfbreeze. Check it out, you will not be disappointed. My only complaint is they do not offer pickles on the burgers. I guess I will bring my own on our next trip.

Fantastic little breakfast place. Staff has always been nice, food is good, and dining area clean. They have good coffee too, not bitter like most places. The cost is average. What else can you really ask for? With that said, that's my opinion. Go check it out for yourself and see what you think.
