We have been to Coastal Chill many times! The staff is always friendly, fast, and efficient. The ice cream is top notch made in house which makes it even better! Their milk shakes are the best anywhere around!

I recently visited [Ice Cream Shop Name] while in town for a wedding, and I’m so glad I did! The shop is absolutely adorable – cozy and inviting, the perfect place to enjoy a sweet treat. The ice cream itself was amazing; you can really taste the natural, fresh ingredients in every bite. It’s refreshing to find a place that truly cares about quality. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend stopping by – it’s definitely worth the visit!

We found this place while vacationing here and loved it! We visited twice during the week. The ice cream was excellent….I mean GOOOOOD! But the customer service was exceptional! The 2 young ladies working the evenings we went were great at their jobs. Every customer was greeted, any menu questions answered, and every customer was followed up with to see how their order was. Their customer service skills were so good my wife wanted to talk both of them into moving to Tennessee...
