Ordered delivery but didn't hear anything for over 45 minutes. Called and asked about our order and they said it had gone out. Since we didn't receive it, they remade the order and sent it to us at no cost. Very good service!

I made a pre-order, and the employee promptly walked out of the store with the fresh pizzas as I pulled up. Although it's naturally not going to be a gourmet pizza, it was as good as any other dominos I can recall. The price was very reasonable especially with online coupons.

My grandson and I love Domino's! We did mess up and order from the wrong location so we had to wait for them to make our order but that was totally my fault. They were really nice and took great care of us in this situation. The food was delicious as always. We also tried the loaded tots which I will end up regretting because they're my new addiction!! Make sure to make them a regular menu item Domino's!!
Unhappy with their service. We have used this Dominoes twice and both times the pizza was delivered luke warm and had obviously been sitting waiting for a delivery person. On our last order it took 10+ minutes to "quality check" the pizza! I can call my order into Papa's Pizza across the street, pick it up and it still hot and fresh when I get home. I guess if you live on the beach and live less than 2 miles away they assume you're a tourist and won't care! Well guess again! I'm a local and I won't use you again!

Poor customer service. We went in person to order a pizza today 05/31/2022 at approximately 11pm. The young man saw us when we entered the store but did not attend to us, we waited for approximately 12 minutes and the young man never attended to us no matter how many times we called him. It is disrespectful to the customers we drove there for 25 minutes for him to just ignore us, he is a young man with braids. He didn't even have the courtesy to tell us that he was not going to serve us. After that we went to the 372 Gulf Breeze Pkwy. where a girl took care of us in the best way, fast and very attentive.

First time at this location ordered some stuff and it was all very delicious. Wings were crispy but tender meat a little bit greasy Pizza were good with lots of toppings not stingy which I really like and I add chili flakes and Tabasco sriracha so my senses can tingle "el caliente"I have nothing bad to say about the store itself as I went in to pick up and left with all items ordered. The app tracker is very accurate and I really like that feature. The CONS: is about the app itself and the company. I'm 10 mins away and there's no delivery which is ridiculous as I had delivered at least 25 min drive with another pizza store. So, I can't fathom how corporate chose not to deliver within 10 mins is beyond me. The other feature of the app is the coupon is not all usable at all stores and the time displayed beside each location, I have no idea is that how long it's away from my location or is that how long it takes to prepare your order at that specific location. One would assume but THINKING IS not knowing
