I drive out of my way to go to this dunkins. It used to have bad service but has absolutely turned itself around!
-The staff is straight up delightful to be around.
-they nail coffee orders.
-their bagels are so slightly undercooked which makes them soft and moist in the middle. You must try.

They have really turned their service around in the past few years.

Ordered an extra large midnight hot coffee at the drive through same coffee I get at any Dunkin inbl Florida. Was handed a hot coffee withba smile....well it was not what I ordered. Itvwas avregukar coffee extra light extra sweet obviously....not mad at all walked in to ask if they did not have midnight coffee.
..I wasnt being rude or mad....and the girl had an attitude...for $4 I just wanted what I ordered . If you are out of midnight do not hand me a regular coffee tell me you are out or tell me to pull forward. I left my extra large cup of hot milk and sugar and milk on the counter and walked out....no time for angry little girls....never will I visit this Dunkin again

I normally get there at 5 a.m. and the girls always give a great greeting and a smile....its a great to start a day.....they are awsome.....the doughnuts n it's are marginal at best...

Ashley is the best employee! Her customer service skills were through the roof. My group loved her she deserves a dunkin raise Dunkin'! She solved our problem and made it so easy for us. Told me everything I need to know after asking just one question! We loved her!

This location used to be so slow and I would avoid it, but they’ve gotten so new staff and it is SO much better. They’re always so nice and super speedy. Highly recommend this Dunkin’ location now.

When I placed my order, the first thing I said was cold foam , when I received it, she didn’t put any on, and got pissed off at me saying “ you didn’t say anything about cold foam, it’s a surcharge but I will do it anyway “ I offered to pay for it, and she snapped at me and said “ I can’t do it now “

the girl with the short pixie cut and the mixed girl were both aggressive and rude. the mixed girl slammed the window in our face. i’ve come to Dunkin many times and have had horrible experiences every time with these 2 specific girls. they are always rude when taking your order and at the window as well. these girls should not be working in the food industry and it’s not just me who complains about them. they should be talked to by a manger because i have never seen such a rude atmosphere in a food workplace.

I recently visited the Dunkin' Donuts on Gulf Coast Parkway in Pensacola, FL, and had a disappointing experience. Upon arriving, we were greeted with a poorly written sign indicating they were out of most items, which wasn't immediately clear. Despite the limited menu, we were still charged full price for the items we ordered, some of which we never received.

The lack of available options and clear communication left much to be desired. The staff seemed overwhelmed and the overall service was subpar. I expected a more organized approach to handle the situation, but instead, we left feeling dissatisfied and frustrated.

I hope the management addresses these issues to improve the customer experience in the future. For now, I would not recommend this location.
