really disappointing how this store one always run out of supplies, constantly sends people out of the drive thru due to lack of stock, the managers even go to the walmart next door to buy the milk they run out of, which isn’t very professional, they also don’t work very well with schedules either, they tell you they will work with you, and then silently remove you off the schedules and take you out of the group chat , then never talk to you again, such a sad store, definitely looking forward to its closure come February of 2026.

Donuts were good. Service was ok. I ordered 3 donuts and a coffee. The girl that gave me my order just handed it to me and then walked away. When I looked in the bag, there were only 2 donuts. When I got the other ladies attention to let her know, she looked mad handed me a bag she had for the car behind me and walked away as well. It was just odd.

Sunday 8/31 Appx 9:30. in line at Gulf Breeze DD 1 car just pulling away, 1 other just pulling to order & myself. 33 mins later still in same position. Watched numerous cars get out of line to leave or go inside. Finally the guy in front of me left (no food) & I was at speaker another 10 mins later still & a voice came on stating ...it'll probably be a while as the inside is busy!! Still huge line behind me. I'd driven in from my once a yr chance to be at the beach for NOTHING. Have no idea how long the line behind me waited, but that should have been handled differently. I'd have been ok with it, if after the first pulled away someone would have come out to tell us or moved the line along. Really disappointed & hope they'll get some training on this. Wasted nearly an hour & still no food. 🍩🧋

Nice staff. But doesn't pay attention to the food enough. Sandwich was burnt and had hair in my iced coffee. Had to get a new drink for sure. Staff was great but needs to do a bit better when it comes to food and drink preparation.
