Sunday 8/31 Appx 9:30. in line at Gulf Breeze DD 1 car just pulling away, 1 other just pulling to order & myself. 33 mins later still in same position. Watched numerous cars get out of line to leave or go inside. Finally the guy in front of me left (no food) & I was at speaker another 10 mins later still & a voice came on stating ...it'll probably be a while as the inside is busy!! Still huge line behind me. I'd driven in from my once a yr chance to be at the beach for NOTHING. Have no idea how long the line behind me waited, but that should have been handled differently. I'd have been ok with it, if after the first pulled away someone would have come out to tell us or moved the line along. Really disappointed & hope they'll get some training on this. Wasted nearly an hour & still no food. 🍩🧋

Nice staff. But doesn't pay attention to the food enough. Sandwich was burnt and had hair in my iced coffee. Had to get a new drink for sure. Staff was great but needs to do a bit better when it comes to food and drink preparation.

This will be my first time leaving a review. The staff are awesome, however, this is my third cup of coffee that has had spoil cream. The other two I called and they replaced. I work in Pensacola and I should be able to leave the drive through with confidence that I was given a great cup of coffee. As a former Dunkin store manager, it is clear this store has a daily issue. The daily checks that are in place will prevent this from happening 3 times in less than a month. I dislike Starbucks....... but!!!!! Come on Dunkin you are better than this!!!! I'm a daily customer!!!
