We ordered 3 decaf coffees through the app. We got to the window and the guy said they didn't have any decaf. Ok, fine how do I get my money back. They told me to do it through the app. He also made a comment about how no one ever orders decaf...Customer service through the app puts me in contact with the GM who says stop by for our money back. Well, we live 6 hours away so not going to stop by. It's been a month and haven't gotten my money back. There should be a better system in place if you want people to use your mobile app. Corporations are stealing enough of our money so won't be doing business with Dunkin anymore...over 15 dollars.

Nice location.. I like Dunkin coffees and dropped in this location when visiting Pensacola beach . ?️ nice parking spots . Good and quick service . Ordered latte and it was average . Wish they had more espresso .. was milky … tasted less coffish. Hash browns were good . ?

Drive through “closed” and no donuts available unless you want two days old. Cashier took 15 minutes to process a refund on my mobile order and give me a gift card. Not great that I drove all the way over from the beach.

Worst Dunkin ever. Food sucked, they didn’t have eggs at breakfast time which is ridiculous to run out of eggs and I asked for water twice and still didn’t get so walked out. Try cleaning the place too as it was filthy. Wouldn’t come back to this location if you gave me everything for free!

I specifically come early to this dunkin because it opens at 5am. To get there at 530 at the drive thru and be asked if inhave a pickup order and explain i don't and be told I have to come inside because the drive thru isn't open for another 45mins meaning 615 is really frustrating. I don't have time for that when I'm trying to make it to work. The staff has changed repeatedly in the last several months. And the food hasn't been consistent unfortunately which is a bummer because I love this dunkin.

The food is always great. I came in here yesterday and my food was warm and good! I come in today and ordered the same thing ( SEC Sandwich) and my cheese isn’t even melted. But it was okay. the service is good, the lady was sweet and kind. The atmosphere was dirty. Floors nasty, tables nasty, the trash outside needs some love it’s overflowing. The place needs some love.

Been going here since this placed opened back in my 7th-8th grade year. I'm currently, in my second year of college and have continued to go here at least 2-3 days a week. Staff have changed a lot overtime, but nothing that has changed my love for the place. My favorite thing to order is an iced caramel latte made with oat milk. I also love the blueberry donuts. Have nothing but good things to say about the staff there that has come and go, change is inevitable for people and even products. I have enjoyed every moment of meeting and getting to know the workers there, they have always made me feel welcomed.
The drinks are usually good but the food is very inconsistent. You might break your teeth trying to eat the bagel minis. My toddler son has repeatedly refused to eat them.
