Brandon is doing an excellent job greeting customers as they come in and assisting with mobile order pickups. Also, the food was fresh and delicious.

You really need to have the young girl with glasses not come in and get ready by all the food! She was trying to put her curly hair up right where they make the sandwiches then goes back by all the fridge stuff and puts it up and never washed her hands.. that's just gross I don't mind particals but hair in the food is the worst. Get ready before you get into work or at the very least the bathroom. Three people making sandwiches and slow as hell probably bc they are fullfilling the door dash.. get rid of delivery you did so much better before then. When you have people standing infront of you probably on their lunch break needs to be taken care of. But the continued messing with her hair!!! Most places even have beard nets you need hair nets for the girls with hair below the ear. It would have never happen with the previous owner!! But minus that the sandwiches made by other two were very good.

The sub was good. The young employees were nice but the manager with short brown hair talked to the employees horrible.

I am not a sandwich shop person. This was the best experience I've ever had in one. Laughing, joking, the most fun staff. Might start making this a regular part of my trips to this part of FL.

First time here and was very pleasantly surprised to find the help a Caucasian mix of polite middle-agers and clean cut looking young adults, no tattoos or freaky, circus hair cuts, efficient and polite, AND all spoke English I could understand. I am ok with Spanish which I speak; it is the butchered Creole jive English that is offensive.The delicious new pulled pork sandwich with slaw and cheese was wonderful and will assure a return from PNS to enjoy the lovely 3-mile view, superior service, and excellent offerings.Nice job all around!
