Not sure who the guy answering the local location phone was, not in a foreign country, but at the local Gulf Breeze location. But I've ordered from him several times. I recognize his voice. Most recently, tonight 1-18-2023. And every time he was even toned, helpful and worked to make things happen. Even when I called back because Door dash was screwing up. Love their pizza. Staff are friendly.
if you are out on Pensacola Beach at a hotel, they won't deliver to you if you place the order too close to closing time. tried twice this week. first time they said they were closing early. the second time the oven broke one minute to close AFTER they had already accepted 20 minutes earlier. how convenient.
