We used to come here all the time! The food was so good. We haven’t been in a few months and came back tonight. We started eating and all looked at each other with the same facial expressions. The food was incredibly dry and flavorless. The chicken and cashew, beef and broccoli, fried rice, lo mein- I mean, everything! It’s crazy how much the quality has changed. So sad =( The only things we were able to stomach were the white rice and wonton soup.

Accidentally left $20 on the counter and went back later when I realize it was missing and asked if they had seen it.. I had sat down and ate my lunch and the whole time the lady didn’t say nothing…said she saw someone take it I guess after I left… the lady said she saw it on the counter but didn’t say a word to me..
If there was a choice of ZERO stars it'd be my choice! Absolute worst customer service! The last three years James Kitchen has been one of our worst take out experiences. The location is convenient to our home so we have sacrificed the horrible service until tonight. I will never order again and be disrespected and treated as though I am a bother! Horrible, miserable customer service!!!

Amazing food! You get a TON of food for a very cheap price. I finished maybe 1/3 of my meal and and absolutely stuffed. I'll be coming back again for sure.

Their chicken and pork lo mein is the best by far in the area. I completely appreciate how serious they're taking covid precautions for the safety of their workers and for guests. Take out orders have always been correct, hot, fresh and delicious. The owner's family is wonderful and kind. My mom and I have been going for years and watched their kids grow up! They also do an amazing job for catering orders when we had get togethers. If you want Chinese food, this is the place for Gulf Breeze and Navarre.
