Great food and customer service!

My family was visiting from out of town. My son is allergic to many different foods including dairy, which makes it very difficult to eat out. This location (on two occasions) was extremely accommodating and friendly. My son said it was the best sub he ever had. We are incredibly appreciative of the care they took making his safe sub, and we enjoyed our subs as well.

Poor management for scheduling 2 people on a weekend!! If someone can’t show up, a manager should step up. 30 minute wait on 2 sandwiches is ridiculous! This place is lucky for the 2 employees working today…they are going as fast as they can but the management needs to work on scheduling!

Drew is amazing!! The store sold out of white bread, I called after they called me asking to substitute. I called back and Drew answered and I asked him just for the delivery fee refund; he went above and beyond that! I love Jersey Mike’s and Drew is a stellar example of customer service!! He needs a raise! Thank you Drew, I’m a customer for life!!

Worst experience I’ve had at a Jersey Mike’s. Slow service and I was starving. I’ve had faster service at lunch rush. And I tipped! This is even more why I hate tipping prompts before you’ve even had any service. Was I supposed to take it back from my card payment?! Never again.I grabbed my sandwich and left. As I’m eating my #31 (CA chicken cheesesteak), I proceeded to have numerous pieces of CHICKEN BONES in my sandwich!!! I had to literally pick through it with my fingers to even be able to eat SAFELY. There were 4 pieces of bone about an inch long, and 3 smaller pieces. I’m so grossed out and disappointed. Not to mention the insides of my hot sandwich that I got all over my fingers. WTH? I’ll pass on this location next time.

I had a good experience, I went to the store and ordered my sandwiches. It was cooked and prepared right in front of me with a smiley face and a friendly service, The sandwiches were very good, but I would want it toasted, which they don't do it! The lady at the counter was courteous and super helpful. Also, the store was pretty clean.

Ok so this is highly unacceptable I ordered a plain ham and cheese for our son as he has allergies that we monitor closely and good thing we did as when we got home and checked it has some chili sauce on it we called the restaurant to exchange this for the one we ordered or at minimum correct the sandwich to that the reply was it is what it is they have absolutely no care for people’s heath saftey or anything this whole restaurant is useless and I will be filing complaints on every social media available to me for this restaurant as this is not acceptable and if the owner wishes to ignore maybe channel three news would like to know how this sandwich shop almost killed my son by adding items to our order we didn’t ask for all the other sandwiches were also wrong but it won’t kill me unlike the sandwich they tried giving my child BUYERS BEWARE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE GIVING TO YOUR CHILD i would expect a manager or owner to contact me back to get this clarified as this is highly unprofessional and I will never support this location again

This place is not good, the sandwiches have no taste at all, I couldn't even tell what I was eating. This location is terribly managed, we came in for lunch and the place was packed, zero organization from the staff lead to us waiting for over 30 minutes to get through the line. Save your money and go to Subway...this place is a joke.

I’ve been to this location 3 times and all 3 times they tell me they are out of wheat bread. If it’s that popular keep it in stock.
