Holy smokes, my favorite food truck! The lady working the food truck was friendly and suggested the lomo dishes, which hit the spot. I tried chicken and my wife had the steak. Both were incredible, but I preferred the flavor of steak. The salad that came with the fish was fresh and flavorful, as was the rice. I also ordered sweet plantains (maduros), which are among the best I've ever had, basically heaven on earth ha! I will be back, often. The kiddos loved it too. Also, it's in a sweet little spot with 5 or so food trucks, clean nice seating outside and inside, a bar, deli, clean bathrooms, and even an ice cream shop.

Finally tried this amazing food for the first time today and let me tell you what! If you haven’t yet, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR??? This was some of the best Peruvian food that I’ve had! I got the Jumping Lomo “Lomo Saltado” and it was amazing! All of the flavors combined together to make an absolute masterpiece! Make sure to make the trip out to Grab a Bite food court in Midway to give this truck a shot! Guaranteed that you won’t be disappointed!!
