We ordered. The person told us to "hold on" and we waited for about 5 minutes until someone else hopped on and took our order. Got to the window, he didn't tell us our total and just swiped the card. Ended up paying the person behind us. Which was double our purchase. Thankful for the manager who dealed and refunded that amount. But our food was cold and fries were stale. We were there Dec 30th, 2021.

I was there about an hour and a half ago and Miss Tracy and little mr. Mark that was working the drive-thru they are both amazing both of them had a smile on their face fast service very polite if they worked for me they would both get a raise I'm a manager at my job and I know how hard it is to find good help and folks that really want to work so whoever their boss is you need to make sure you are paying them accordingly and what they're worth because you have two gems right there and if you don't want to pay them what they're worth or I will!! Once again thank you Miss Terry and mr. Mark you made my KFC experience a good one for a change I'll need to know your guyses schedule so I know when to come there and when not to LOL

I used the mobile app, arrived after the 3:30 pick up time. My order wasn't ready so I waited. I was thinking okay the wings will be fresh and hot. I waited the 12minutes got my sealed order and was my way. Wings were crisp and hot, they were delicious just not what I ordered. I ordered honey bbq wings, so three stars. Check your sealed order before you leave.
