Stopped by there one Sunday morning early, not busy but it was slooooow, they messed up multiple orders and everyone was leaving shaking their head. I was going to keep my comments to myself, but today I went through on my bicycle. The lady behind me pulled up because the sensor wouldn’t pick me up, I ordered got to the window and paid for rhe lady behind me to thank her. Manager comes to the window and says in the future you have to come in we don’t serve bikes through the drive through. She has a lot more to worry about than bikes in the drive through.

This is a sad excuse. Even for McDonald’s. The lobby remodel closed off the kitchen from the rest of the lobby. There are no working menu display screens or employees available to greet or take orders. They have one self kiosk and one half is broken. No receipt paper or table numbers. No music in the lobby. Just constant alarms beeping that are never turned off. Just a sad place to be in our modern world.

Well where do we start? I understand that my visit was the day after Christmas..but we all still have a job to do!
#1. We were never waited on from the counter. Everyone was in the back. So we decided to order through our App. We place the order and it was confirmed. We wait more. The whole experience was 35 plus minutes. We finally received our order and was on our way. We found a nice place to park with a beautiful view and picnic table. Mind you, I had looked in the bag to make sure the right items were present.
When we emptied the bag and opened the items, we seen that we did not receive what we had ordered. One of the drinks we had received was not any good at all and had te be thrown away. Try harder McDonald’s, I know you can do it!

My food was incorrect, cold, and the fries had NO salt, instead of the extra salt I requested. I went to get it replaced, and it took about 10 minutes before a worker noticed me standing at the register. I called out as politely as I could, but they never responded. The replacement food was still cold. There were maybe 3 orders at the time, including the drive thru, which were all very small.

I like McDonald's, so I will try this location again in the future, and update if it is better next time.

Best McDonald’s I’ve been to in a while. Fast, burgers salted perfectly, crunchy fries. Friendly. Clean. Idk if I was hungry or it was just awesome.

We where supposed by the long wait at the drive through it took us some time to get through. We almost left, however the food was so good. We got the sausage egg mcmuffin meal an oh boy it was yummy. You can tell when a MCDs cleans thier oil and equipment and this one is top notch.
