Everytime I come into the store. Everytime...no one acknowledges the existence of customers at the front. It is insane that this place is in business. Worst customer service I have encountered as a delivery driver.

Drive thru at 3pm, ordered fish fillet, small fry( No salt), strawberry shake. They ask me to pull forward. Drive straight home to Green Briar Circle. Fry's not hot, tasted stale, same with fish fillet. Three in the trash🤬so I paid $10 for a small strawberry shake🤬☹️

We stopped and ordered our favorite breakfast sandwiches (a biscuit with sausage and egg and a sausage egg McMuffin) they were awful..they were not eggs but some mealy tasting yellow replacement in a square. The taste was awful. We will never eat another McDonalds sandwich. It was horrible.
No one to check you out. Had to use kiosk to order. Never got a receipt to show proof of order. Took awhile to get two shakes. People working were too occupied with the drive thru. Had to come closer to the front counter to be recognized. Kinda sad.

Maps says open, sat at the drive thru, no one said anything, drove around and they held up 7 fingers saying they open at seven. If that's factual, someone needs to update Google maps and everything else saying 6am theyre open..
