Everytime I order something at McDonalds they always forget one item from my order. I'm getting to the point that I'm over having to go back just to get the item I paid for. They really need to get their crap in order because I usually order my phone on the app or I'll go to the curbside and order my phone. But it literally never fails that something is missing. Most of the time it's an item that was not in my son's happy meal. Half of the time his toy wasn't put in and the other times are when they just forget his drink altogether. My last visit I ordered my food in curbside. I ordered the $5 value meal and they completely forgot to add my nuggets. It's already so expensive to buy from McDonald's but when ya'll just keep not adding my items that I paid for just makes me never want to buy again.

Did the drive through tonight around 7:15pm. Ordered 3 meal deals and the 40 piece chicken nugget deal. Understandably, we had to wait a bit because of the size of the order however 1 of the meal deals was wrong and we only got 23 of the 40 chicken nuggets. Not a good experience.

Ok everyone we go thru drive thru no one can ever get the order right. No sauce with 40 piece nuggets Come on people what is so hard about this. Y’all want 15 dollars a hour or more and can’t put sauce in the bag . Kids very disappointed You literally have to pull all food out at drive thru and check it every time . Get with the program 🙄🙄😡

This rating only applies when Katie is working. Which it typically morning shift. I say this because when you go in the morning/lunch everything is running smooth and you get your order and it's typically correct. If you go when shew not there (like at night). You'll be standing there waiting for an order (which you can see from the counter) and a bunch of workers just staring at you ignoring you even though the order you came to pick up is literally right behind the counter and finished ready to go. Yesterday night I had to ask the young male manager I seen on duty if I could just go back behind the counter and grab my bag and he got onto the employees and they 100% knew I was there but they all said "I'm not front counter." I was aggravated yesterday night and almost gave this store a 1 star rating bc of that BUT....Katie saves the day here. This 5 star rating os because of her and only applies to the service I've received when she's working. Orders are correct, there's no f*****g around of employees ignoring customers, it's just smooth as can be when she's working. Thank you Katie for keeping that store together while you're there!

The first thing I would like to say is, Please be patient. Like every other business in America, they are short staffed. Most of the employees are high school age or a little older. Think of how you would want people to treat your child. The only menu items I get is #1, big Mac meal or the #6,the filet of fish meal. Yes, I am a creature of habit. As many times that I have been in the store, I have always found it clean including the bathroom. Sorry I can't help you better. Have a wonderful day.
