This is probably the worst McDonald’s on 98 easy. Unfortunately for me this is the closest McDonald’s to me so this is the default location when using DoorDash. 9 times out of 10 something is wrong. Either they put cheese when it CLEARLY says no cheese. Or they forget the drinks, the straws, the sauces. I swear the laziest people work here

3 of the last 4 times I've went thru the drive thru for sausage, egg, mcmuffin it has been burnt so bad no one with normal teeth could bite into it much less chew it. This mcdonald used to be great, never wrong orders, polite, fast now they have kids acting as managers, other rude kids, terrible service and food, not an adult in sight to tell the kiddies it's wrong to give paying customers inedible food and not give a damn. I am done with this place and will never spend another penny in this awfully run place. Clearly managers, the district supervisor, or the owners dont give a crap about their store. Hopefully their building will look like the burger king building a block away soon.

Ensure you pull all food out of bag at the window to see you are getting what you paid for. As a regular, of the 5 times I get breakfast in a week, 3/5 of those orders will be correct when handed to me.

The employees work so hard here at this McDonald’s location. I have seen customers be snobby, act entitled, and treat these workers with little respect. But these workers have always treated their customers well. This is my favorite McDonald’s here in Gulf Breeze. The food is always good, and everyone’s so respectful!
