All I can say is if you are a person of color don’t go here. Let me start by saying that my best friend and her family goes here often and they are a normal average American looking family if you catch my drift. After the Mardi Gras parade, this weekend, she wanted to take us there so we can experience the food. As soon as we walked in, she took a look at our group which consisted of one white woman, two women of color and six children. As soon as she saw us, she yelled at us to go Sit in the back corner. Once we walked back there, she literally threw a stack of silverware and menus at us and said she’d be back. She returns with Water and never asked us what we wanted to drink or anything. She was so incredibly rude and we were so uncomfortable but didn’t want to cause a scene in front of the children. We asked for a different server. She screamed at the children and told them to shut up and sit down when we had just gotten there And I can understand if they were unruly, but they were not. Once the new waiter came And cleaned up the table for us We were finally able To order our meal. This is where we discovered that the woman is the wife of the owner We were so very uncomfortable and could not believe how poorly we were being treated. People were staring at us, looking at us and whispering the Whole time. My friend was so utterly embarrassed at the way we were treated and has vowed to never return. As a small business owner, inclusivity is key. Especially in today’s environment. Do better people

First time here, definitely not returning. Nothing authentic about the food at all. Absolutely tasteless and awful. If I didn't know any better, I would have thought they used either horse meat or stray dog instead of beef. Tough, chewy, and nearly all fat. Service was just OK and surroundings were cheap. To top it off, my bank statement reflected someone at New Ginger helping themselves to a few extra dollars tip

Went in tonight to try out this place with my boyfriend after his coworkers told us it was really good, and I’m not sure if we will go back. We had gotten a chicken teriyaki bento with miso, crab Rangoon, and a sushi roll all to go. When we got home we were very disappointed after trying our meal, we thought the staff was wonderful and kind but unfortunately the food was very rubbery. The crab Rangoon was decent and the miso was wonderful but the sushi and bento were not great. I had to spit out my first bite of sushi because of how rubbery it felt and my boyfriend threw out his food halfway through because of the lack of flavor and the rubbery texture. Not trying to complain or bring down the wonderful staff they had there, just hoping this review could be helpful in some way.
Very good atmosphere, fast and friendly service, and mouth watering food. I ordered the wontons, soba, California rolls, and smoked salmon. Amazing presentation and fresh food :D.

Good food. Good service. Good price. No complaints.
Had food from each style menu, Chinese, Japanese and Thai. All four people disliked their meals - too salty - not anything like curry - seemed old - sauce tasted off. Those were the initial reactions... hope yall have a better experience.

We kept our expectations low when we decided to eat here due to all the mixed reviews. After ordering everything, we were surprised by the large portions, fast service, and liked how everything was fresh and hot! This doesn't compare to your NYC Chinese food, but for Tiger Point it's not that bad! Our server, Emma, was very attentive! We ordered the miso soup, crab rangoon, chicken fried rice, general tso's chicken, and steamed chicken and vegetables!

Ordered takeout last night and was super impressed!! The food was absolutely delicious, the best Chinese we’ve had in the area. Also ordered the Chirashi and it was delicious, huge and better priced than anywhere else in the area! Definitely will be back!
