I always seem to have a problem when I go here. Today, I had in order to go. The noodles are always dry, and to my surprise, the drive-through attendant put a package of red hot chili in my bag. I had asked for soy sauce (since I was expecting dry noodles) and teriyaki sauce. Since I was a passenger in a vehicle, I opened my meal. And pulled out, what i thought was soy sauce and put it all over my noodles. Since it was nighttime, I never noticed i used the red hot chili sauce. It totally ruined my meal. I'm never going to return. I'm so disappointed.

Was on lunch break and ordered a bowl with the black pepper steak and super greens. Got back to work and realized I only received TWO little pieces of steak in my entire bowl. Was also up-charged for the steak. Completely ruined my lunch and I wish I had time to go back and complain.

On vacation and my family was craving some Panda Express after a long day and when we arrived at the restaurant 30mins before posted closing time we found locked door and the staff ignored us... Very frustrating.

I ordered for pick up at 6:10pm. I gave extra time as I didn't feel well and wanted to be in and out. I arrived at 6:35; 25 minutes after it was supposed to be done and 50 minutes after ordering. They waited another 7 minutes before even starting my order. I watched people order and pick up immediately. I tried to ask abouty food multiple times and was ignored.

I don't like fast food. I don't like fatty food)) but I fell in love with you with all my heart! Rice and lots of vegetables! For different tastes and boiled (steamed) and fried!) Fast, tasty and always very clean!
