I think the manager is who was at the drive through just now when I came I forgot to get her name , if she’s not the manager she should be , she was extremely patient and very helpful her energy is amazing and I just wish her a good life bc she made my day 🙏

Around 7:20pm, no one was there at the front desk to help. Kiosk was letting me check out. One older gentleman left . They truly are great in pissing off customers. The lady at the other window can see me but refused to come out and help.
I give it 1 year, this will probably close. This won’t Be profitable if they keep doing this to customers.
Living in Mississippi Coast now we don't have and I love their bagels and husband loves the hazelnut coffee. Placed order and didn't get sons special tea from behind counter. Also didn't get cream cheese. Made second order for more bagles cause the first still tasted good... took 4 min before someone noticed I was at register. Then ordered new bagles and salmon cream cheese. Was given some kind of walnut cream cheese. Husband was disappointed with bagles.
