I placed it to go order and needless to say that everything I got was wrong. I ordered a pizza and one of their new desserts And I got two orders Of pull apart, cinnamon bread. As a manager in the hospitality industry, I understand I placed an order within your last hour of clothes, but that doesn’t mean you have to give me the short end of the stick because you don’t feel like doing your job. My employees would not have a job if they did this to one of our guests.

I wouldn't order from this particular Papa Johns. Unprofessional is an understatement. Loud obnoxious music playing while a literal 4 year old is running around behind the counter. One of the employees kids. Take you business to one of the other 10 pizza places in Gulf Breeze

Spent $24 on a 5 topping 14inch pizza. Sparse amount of topping and had a clump of herb branch. Overall, a very bad pizza compared to Dominos across the street.

We ordered an Alfredo Five cheese pizza and a pepperoni and sausage pizza. They were hot and ready when we arrived! Employees were friendly.

Ordered online for carry out. Order wasn't ready when I got there so I waited for them to tell me when it was ready. They didn't tell me anything so after waiting 10 minutes at the register someone finally got my order to me. Some dude with long hair and a beard was boxing stuff up and cussing at everyone working there. F bomb after f bomb. Won't be back

Was not happy or pleased there was barely any toppings on the pizza and was 15 minutes late despite all of that called and complained and they had another one sent out to be delivered and it was no better
Vegetarian options: Just wanted the pizza made right and everybody happy but in reality that did not happen will not eat there again

I'm a middle school teacher ordering for 120 hungry kids, and Silver (Brooke), the manager, answered our call. Despite the order being the day before for 33 pizzas AND during busy hours, Silver was so kind, professional, and communicative. I really appreciate her time and care. She deserves a raise.

I have never had a worse experience at any establishment! My husband ordered 4 pizzas under my name to pick up after I got off of work. I had late clients, so I asked him to call to see if they even still have our food since it's been about an hour. They said they will keep it until the end of the night. When I came in to the store, there was only one kid making pizzas. After a few minutes someone came out of the office and asked if I'm picking up for Annie. I said yes. She handed me 2 boxes. I asked to confirm if it was supposed to be 4 boxes. She went to look, replied yes, made a face, and then informed me it will be a few minutes more because apparently someone ate from them... I wouldn't normally be this upset, but we called ahead and let them know I was going to be late! At that point, if someone already ate from it, that person should've put another one in to replace it instead of making me even more late. They didn't even offer me anything for the mishap. I didn't ask for free food, or a voucher, but that should've been the decent thing to do. Needless to say, I am never ordering from this location again.
