Stromboli was very good. Service was good
Very little toppings and runny along with very hateful ladies running it , on top of nasty dry pizza with hateful service the price is insane and disgraceful this place give the peninsula a bad rep all around stay away from this place folks there are much better places off the island that can be delivered

Small inside but, fantastic pizza! My son and I stoped by to grab a slice of cheese and pepperoni. 5 minute hot and fresh!

It’s so gross and service sucks. Staff that took our order had an attitude when asking a question about a pie. Then when it was completely wrong and we just wanted to leave, the other girl was mouthing off and rolling her eyes (thinking I couldn’t see or hear her). Their pies are so disappointing compared to downtown’s pizzas. I wish they disclosed the menus were different. The picture attached is their “Margherita” pizza and when we asked the difference the girl shrugged and said she didn’t know. Apparently she works at both locations but didn’t know?
Ordered a margarita pie after having it at the down town location. Was told they do it differently, asked what that meant, she shrugged. Paid the $28 and waited. Came out fast, it was a regular cheese pie with slices of tomato on it and dry basil seasoning… the tomatoes made the pie soggy, pockets of water and overall just not what I wanted.
We got a refund but they argued it a bit. Got a bunch of women working there so I guess they took it personally when we wanted our money back. Told us that they don’t even have that on the menu and that it’s different than the other location.. not my problem. Why take my order if it’s something you don’t offer. Not a Florida local, I’m from NEW YORK.

I was born and raised in Pensacola, and can honestly say that Papa’s has been my favorite pizza for 20+ years.. In Highschool(2002-2006) I worked on Pensacola Beach’s fishing pier and the owner of Papa’s pizza would bring us his pies..It’s now 2025 and I just ate 3 big NY style slices and it tastes as good, if not better than ever!
We come to Papa's every time we come to Pensacola. My nephew said he wanted the pizza dough last year and the waitress brought him a pizza dough. He played with it the whole trip. We just went back this week and he got another pizza dough. Best pizza anywhere around.

One of my 2 guaranteed venues I frequent when back home. Definitely the best pizza in the panhandle.
