well we went to go in side and place our order and a employee was sitting out side . She saw us and said the lobby is closed , it's was 7:30 pm at night not 11 pm on Wednesday September 27, 2023 . So my husband said if we want chicken , we will cook it our own. No wonder people are going to KFC , because they're willing to drive 45 minutes away to get better nicer people . i stopped here for lunch today & the food was delicious! the dining area was clean. the staff seemed friendly. the manager kylee was eager to help and had wonderful customer service!
