Awful 😖 they open at 10:00 we pulled up to the drive thru at 10:50am no answer we drove to the window and we were told that we would have to wait 10 minutes to make our order.....

Food sucked they don’t do anything right didn’t even make my sandwich right no sauce no pickle just bread and cold chicken and they got spicy sauce all over my bag. Didn’t even make it on the sandwich

Me and a dasher were waiting for our food and realized, A lot of people think Popeyes is fast food but if your a considerate person than you’ll understand that it’s really not. They have to prep batter and fry the food which I would hope they fry it for the full cook time to avoid sickness. The team is very well communicated and also communicate with us customers to let us know what specifically we’re waiting on and how long we will be waiting, every visit! I’ve noticed that the workers work very well together and help each other and every way possible. Of course I notice the few who do not. But that does take away from those who do ! Just writing this to let them know , us considerate people we see , we understand, and we get it !! Thank you for doing and being your best !

10/10 experience, I live in Navarre and rarely eat Popeyes, nice young named kali and helped me with my order and also gave me a very pleasant conversation. Manager Micheal also made sure to throw me some coupons and a great day as well. 10/10 recommend this location. One of the best I’ve been too

Nice manager name Micheal helped me figured out what I wanted to get for my family after church, and he also threw coupons in there. Young lady who took my order was also very sweet and respectful her name was Yanna I think. All around great experience

SUGGESTION- Don't pull away from the drive thru when they ask. There is actually a timer on the window. This is what makes them look like they are serving customers quickly when they are actually making customers wait for 30 minutes.
This would be a five star, but for the young teens that work there and socialize instead of serving customers. Wait times are outragious because these kids are goofing off.
When the main manager is working this place runs like a top, but he hasn't been there the last few times and the customer service has plummeted. When I asked to speak to a manager, the teen recongised me because the manager just got onto him for socializing and making me wait 30 minutes for my order. The teen then set the phone down and never put the manager on the line. I won't be going back.

I've been sitting here waiting for my food in the drive through for 10 mins now with 4 other cars.

I don't even know where to start. Doing a DD order and I pull up to the drive thru since it's late at night and the lobby is closed. Sit there for 5 minutes without any response. Okay. I get sick of waiting so I drive up to the window. They tell me to pull up. I wait 30 minutes for an order. Being told to pull forwards and backwards, doing this crap for a good long while. I usually don't complain, maybe once every six months I complain if service is bad enough, but I told the manager that when it takes 30 minutes for three food items and there's literally 0 customers there, it falls back on me.... I basically get told that doordash sucks and he understands and that's why he quit doing it and giving a bunch of excuses and I basically got a half ass sorry not sorry. Never go here unless you got 30 minutes to burn and you want your stomach turned inside out from the smell of the food alone

Service was great from front employee and manager. I had an issue with my app and they were still willing to assist me by owning the problem and rectifying it. Jamal and michael were great .

Ordered a 3 wing spicy combo. Biscuit was soft good with butter not like a lot of Popeyes these days that serve dry hard biscuits. Wings were good macaroni and cheese was probably the best I’ve had from them so far. Good job! Wish it is this good back home.
