Biscuit was still raw. Recommend taking your business elsewhere... and for health reasons

Got told that the inside of the restaurant was closed at 6:55pm. Despite the person in front of us in line being allowed to order.

Told us to get out and inside is closed, people eating behind us at the table, worst popeyes by far. At least they let us use the bathroom.

Do not go to this place, we placed an order online and went to pick up, but the store was not even open, we saw people inside the store and they just ignored me and didn’t even open the door! I never got the food that I have paid for! Worst ever experience

One guy was really rude… was trying to get me to pull up because his timer but already had cars in front of me. I explained isn’t the whole point of the timer so everyone knows if you are taking care of people quickly and this dude had some serious disrespect.

Major props to the employee Greg who pulled that guy back and I watched him make my order in like 25 seconds. So they had the chicken sides and everything they needed to begin with.???

If i could give zero stars, i would... I usually never have an issue at this location, but I ordered food at 1:05 pm (05/28/26) & no lie... it has taken an hour to get food.. this place has definitely gone down hill!!!!

Ordered through Uber Eats for the first time. Had paid for 4 sandwiches and only got 3 with no refund.

Waited 5 minutes to order a two piece with a biscuit. Finally asked for someone to take my order. Was told that they would get back to me. They were not busy at all. So, I left.

Wherever Chick-fil-A gets their employees from… Popeyes must get theirs from the other side of the street. This particular location is particularly bad. I waited in the drive thru for 5 minutes, and when it came my turn to place my order no one would even acknowledge me at the order screen. (I know it was working, because the guy in front of me placed his order just fine.) There wasn’t anyone inside the restaurant, just me & the guy in front of me in the drive thru. This isn’t the first time I’ve had bad customer service at this location. But the chicken is pretty good (when you can get it), so I keep trying to come back every now & then.

Every time I come to this Popeyes is at least a 30 minute wait to get my food! I spoke with the manager and she plainly told me there is only 2 of them and to wait as they are trying! This restaurant should close down or be a District Manager home store! It’s just ridiculous!!
