Rollins Distillery

We popped in during our daughter’s gymnastics class for a tasting and we got far more than that. Patrick was very well educated in all things rum (tiki lovers rejoice) and suddenly we spent 2 hours there just chatting and talking. Excellent spirits and company. You won’t be disappointed.

When it kept raining for our stay in Pensacola, we found their tour and tasting option. We had a fabulous time with Patrick. His passion for his work is apparent and he didn't mind the millions of jokes and questions we had. His tasting suggestions were spot on. One day I hope to see his rum available out west to purchase.

this was by far the most insightful distillery tour I've ever been on. Mr. Rollins (Navy veteran) is a real-life history buff with enough brewery knowledge to fill an encyclopedia. He explained everything from the making of the cask to the history behind his bottle naming. We enjoyed 7 tastings during our tour and only paid $30 bucks a person. Fantastic experience!

Great little distillery! We just showed up and Paul let us join the tasting he had going on, then caught us up after the rest of the group had left. One of the best tastings I’ve been to, and some of the best rum and Vodka I’ve ever had; a rival to Hawai’i’s KōHana rum distillery.
High quality, local, delicious liquor. I’d highly recommend it.

Great experience for the adults in your family!

A wonderful way to spend a few hours out of the hot sun. The owner was so knowledgable on distilling and history in general. We look forward to going back on our next trip to Navarre and Pensacola. The tasting was excellent!

Owner took plenty of time to answer questions about their process, and gave delicious samples to taste before buying a couple bottles for myself. Anyone visiting the panhandle of Florida should take a tour and buy a bottle or two!
