Rollins Distillery

We had the most fantastically amazing tour ever! Paul, the owner, met us in the tasting room and whisked us away to the distillery for a mind-blowingly informative and interactive tour. We got to sample the molasses and rock sugar, because, why not?! And we even got to observe the vodka being distilled, which was pretty mind-blowing. But, the best part? Getting to savor the final product, of course! I highly recommend this fantastically fun and educational tour!

My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Patrick, the tasting of their products and his knowledge about their products is impressive but that not the most impressive thing about him. While we were there another couple received a devastating call about a family loss. Patrick’s compassionate response and interaction with them was very moving. He had just met all of us but I felt his genuine emotion of the moment. What a good man. Thank you Patrick

I went with my father to take a tour of the distillery recently and we loved every bit of it. Paul was very knowledgable and personable, taking time to explain everything to us and answer any questions we had.

We followed up with a tasting where he enlightened us with six different samples of their offerings (the Rock and Rum is delightful). I definitely recommend any spirits enthusiast in the area to take some time to visit this gem.

Had a great time at rollins distillery. Paul was very welcoming and great to talk to. Their products are excellent as well.

My wife, son and I did the tour and tasting. It was so fun and informative! This MUST go on your list. Mr. Rollins, the president of the distillery is a fountain of knowledge about ALL spirits... and also an expert on rum.

The rock n rum must be on your shelf. It is smooth and delicious.

In addition, we asked his favorite restaurants and he named a few, like Flounders fir fresh fish but his all time fave was McGuiers. That recommendation turned out to be one of our highlights as well.

You will be glad if you choose to do the tour and spend some time with Mr. Rollins.

We were in the area visiting our nephew & found this distillery on a google & Groupon search. Paul was such a wealth of knowledge and we enjoyed learning different aspects we did not know about distilling. The tasting was wonderful, we were able to taste the product neat and he also did some with mix’s so we could experience them both ways. The product was delicious and we left with a couple bottles. We will be back to get more on our next visit to the area.

The interactions with Patrick during the tour and tasting were hilarious. He has a passion for rum that goes beyond just distillary. He answered any and all questions we had.

Our tour leader had a wealth of knowledge not only about his product, but background knowledge about the history of distillation all around. My husband enjoyed the multiple tastings and history behind those as well. Our experience was wonderful.

This is an extremely small and cozy distillery where you can taste their local variety of spirits. We went with a groupon code that was an extremely generous offer of a four person tour with tastings and bottles to take home. Definitely try the rock'n rum!

Our tour guide was incredibly knowledgeable and willing to answer any and all questions our group had. He made the learning experience memorable while being sociable and keeping it fun. Hearing about his distilling journey and the passion he has for what he does truly made everything taste better.
