Not sure what was going on Saturday night at Ruby Tuesday in Gulf Breeze but some of the 2000 or so unruly Gulf Breeze rich brats with their loud mufflers and radios that spilled over into the Lowes, Zaxby's and other parking lots couldn't have been great for those business's. If it was truly a sanctioned event, then keep it in your own parking lot Ruby's. It shows a complete lack of respect for the other business's in the area.
We have become Sunday afternoon regulars. We sit at the same table every time, ask for and get our favorite waitress (Erin) who takes exceptional care of us. Also I’d like to comment on the manager ( I’m embarrassed I forgot his name) who is always so pleasant and tells us - if anything is ever wrong he’ll do everything he can to fix it. His personality is noteworthy.

Wow.. We had high hopes because we came in around dinner time and they weren’t too busy. We’re locals, we wanted to try to stick to soemthing in our city instead of traveling to Pcola or NVR.
1. Salad bar wasn’t very fresh, was not kept up with. Old veggies for the salads, croutons were squishy. Sauces and everything spilled all over the place.
2. The menu said $15 for the trio and we were charged $18.
3. Obviously outdated dinning areas and bathrooms were not well kept. Smelled of urine and holes in the ceilings. Just gross.
4. Plates were hot, food was cold.
5. My friend with whom I came with got sick instantly after a bite of her own food. She had to go throw up in the bathroom and then went to the car to do it again. And now as we head home she’s still ill. She got the chicken Mac n cheese, the noodles are just 1/2’d or 1/3’d penne noodles cut up.. but the plate was super hot and the noddles were almost freezing cold.
6. Was not told there was an extra charge for my lemonade. Then when they brought a refill they brought me tea instead of lemonade.
7. Service while we had a nice waitress was slow and did not really stop by.
8. When told about how our food was cold and soggy, we got a card for a free app w/entree purchase… This doesn’t not equate to that. Why would we want to visit again if it makes us sick?
9.Just left and was forced to leave an 18% tip, because there was no other option.
10. We waited at round 5-10 minutes or so to be seated, there was 4 customers.. then waited a while for our coke appetizer combo, then our food took even longer.
Spending $100 with a forced tip.. not great. They even had a sign out front that said if soemthing was wrong we could tell them but our waitress never stopped by until after my friend had gotten sick and went outside to the car.
Update: she has food poisoning.

2 MONTHS LATER, still no response.
Charging for a service you can’t provide and then refusing to refund the original payment method is theft. You knowingly charged us for an item EVERYONE knew was out of stock and then refused to refund the money. If the store manager would leave some contact info that would be amazing.

We frequently eat lunch here and recently the food has gone down hill. Maybe a new cook has not been trained well, potatoes come out hard and cold and steaks are all over cooked. Ribs are a better choice. This last visit was at dinner and we sat in the bar. Normally the bartender waits on this area as well as tending bar. She needed help as this area was full and had to do drinks for entire restaurant. Table service was lacking.
Ordered ribs and steak combo. One medium and other med rare. Both steaks came out well done. Use butter only with baked potatoes and always ask for lots extra. Had to ask and wait after meal was delivered. Overall a very disappointing experience. Manager did come out and offer to recook but due to an apt we could not wait.
We will try again during lunch but will not try dinner again.

We waited over 45 freaking minutes for 3 meals. The manager refused to take the meals off and give a discount for the wait. One of the meals was for a child. We ended up hitting fast food places for the 3 people in our party that didn’t get their food with the rest of us. The manager was rude and extremely unprofessional! Will not eat here ever again!

We visited this location with my granddaughter. Heather (our server) was outstanding. She would stop by a chat with our granddaughter keeping her engaged. Very delightful dinner for sure. Thanks!
