Absolutely fantastic service from Chris! Upon pulling in to the drive-thru, Chris was amazing from the start. I asked for a recommendation on my food choices and his explanations were spot on. The popcorn chicken and sauces (honey mustard / bbq) were delicious as well as the strawberry slushee. Between his friendly customer service, comical personality, and full delivery of the food, I couldn’t have been happier with my service. A special thank you to Chris!

I ordered two milkshakes on the app and it showed on the screen a few mins later that they were on their way out to us. Well others that came in after us had gotten theirs already and so we asked the manager (I’m assuming). As he walked away he had very rude comments and cussing like crazy bc we asked about our milkshakes. Very unprofessional of him.

Excellent Sonic. Was the greatest service that I've ever seen. The guys there were very helpful, they fulfilled a doordash order, and also a personal order and they were coordinating in a very timely manner to take care of both of us. I definitely will visit this Sonic again. 10 out of 10 service.

They take a good while for almost anything. They seem understaffed. The food is always okay as long as they get it too you fast enough. I have been served cold food. They need to fix the stalls, nobody wants to hand you their credit card when the option is on the stall. It’s been down for years.

My aging father eats here daily. The staff knows him by name and fills his order so he doesn't have to remember the details every time as his memory sometimes fails him. When I have picked up his order, the staff are always so sweet and ask about him. He was recently injured and they took the time to write him a get well soon note on his bag and expressed concern about his recovery. To have such extraordinary service and compassion is almost unheard of these days. These folks here make my father's life easier and are a bright spot in his day. Thank you for going above and beyond to make and older person feel special!!! You have more of an impact than you may know!

Funny Chris (hopefully I spelled that right) is a very cool fellow. Y'all better treat him well. Also, since this is a review, I'll say this: I go here quite often. In fact, I believe this was my third time here today. Can I say these drinks are 95% of the time? I say this because they only messed up twice in about a year, so I'd say I like those percentages. Sadly for them, whoever is the actual owner really needs to give these workers a better place, as in refurbished, and 10000% repair the road on the property or at least as far as you can go without overstepping the property line. It would be nice for all four of my tires to stay on the ground at all times. ???? To be fair, I was going a little too fast, forgetting there's a bump. Normally I miss it, but other than repairs needed, I'd say this has to be the best Sonic from Pensacola to Fort Walton (don't go to the Fort Walton one; I literally threw up).

Ordered a crispy chicken. I thought were grilled onions. Actually nasty brown rotton lettuce. Also drink was wrong. Ordered dirty dr pepper . Had hardly any cream, no lime and very little ice. Very disappointing ?
Stopped and ordered a breakfast burrito with bacon a large iced coffee and a Coney dog. Bacon and tomatoes in the breakfast burrito tasted sour and bad! Coffee was sour and bad also like the milk had gone sour! The girl who is served as was very short from ordering to the window seemed very displeased that we were even there. I will not be going back after this bad experience.

me and my boyfriend go here so much. they never disappoint. my favorite is the strawberry shakes or strawberry cheesecake shake. with overall quality and friendly service. please give the employees some patience and understanding. your order will be out as soon as they can. also order on the app if you can, much better prices!
