Call me old fashioned. I went inside to order. Over 15 minute wait for beverage. No interaction other than placing the order and being handed the drink. Employees were friendly enough at those times. Great mocha.

The quality of this Starbucks location has been consistently disappointing. Their iced matcha latte is the worst I’ve ever had. Whether it’s through the drive-thru or dining in, the service is always slow. On several occasions, I’ve even seen my order mistakenly given to other customers. It’s clear that the staff needs better training to improve both accuracy and efficiency.

We all but coffee around 13 people after i tried and asked for cup of water but they wouldn't give it to you because you have to do it at the same perches I was telling them we all but a coffee over 100$ and cup of water is free and they still didn't give it to me even though it was For my daughter

This is usually one of my favorite Starbucks to go to. They are really fast, my drink always tastes really good, and the workers are friendly. Today I ordered a tall caramel macchiato through the drive through around 3 o’clock. Now, I like my macchiato with extra caramel drizzle. I always order it will extra. I got up to the window and I see that there is literally no caramel in my drink, so I kindly asked the lady “can I please have some more caramel drizzle in that?” with a smile 😊 she then proceeds to literally put an inch of caramel in my size tall drink. Pretty annoying. I just wanted to enjoy my drink how it like it but instead I got a half cup of caramel drizzle along with my drink

Lemme tell you this place made the very best drink I have ever ever had. It was a variation of a cheesecake frappe. I can not find anyone to redo the experience I had. Yall are the bestest!!!
