Go in there couple days a week thru drive thru window the older white hair lady is nice at first when she gets your card you dont tip she just handed us our cheese Danish upside down in a bag and crumble up our napkins never said a word unless you leave a tip so me my kids and family and friends started avoiding that Starbucks the lady has attitude if you don't tip

The reason for only 4 stars is the traffic/parking layout, which is terrible. Waiting cars impede traffic. If you park in front of the building you may get blocked in by cars waiting. There just is no room. Cars getting directly off Hwy 98 may turn onto the road & have nowhere to go because of cars waiting to turn into the drive thru. The staff are courteous. The food & drinks are consistent with all of the other Starbucks

If I could leave this place a zero I would. Terrible customer service. For one I waited in line for 30 minutes!!!! Just to get to the pickup window and be told they can only take cash. It baffles me how no one thought to explain that before taking my order. I will never return to this establishment.

Call me old fashioned. I went inside to order. Over 15 minute wait for beverage. No interaction other than placing the order and being handed the drink. Employees were friendly enough at those times. Great mocha.
The quality of this Starbucks location has been consistently disappointing. Their iced matcha latte is the worst I’ve ever had. Whether it’s through the drive-thru or dining in, the service is always slow. On several occasions, I’ve even seen my order mistakenly given to other customers. It’s clear that the staff needs better training to improve both accuracy and efficiency.

We all but coffee around 13 people after i tried and asked for cup of water but they wouldn't give it to you because you have to do it at the same perches I was telling them we all but a coffee over 100$ and cup of water is free and they still didn't give it to me even though it was For my daughter
