The real issue was the wait. I don’t blame the staff, it was actually only because they were completely overworked. Many customers were waiting for up to 15 minutes for their drinks and food. When I finally got my food, it was great, but the drink was made completely incorrectly. As always, they remade it much better. Some may call me picky, but you must expect it to be made how you want, that’s the point of good service. Anyways, I bet it’d be much better if the workers weren’t under so much stress.

The young ladies who were working on my past several visits are always friendly and kind. Recently, they let me hang around the shop until closing so I could use their free WiFi to set up my replacement iPhone, since my hotel had none.

Ordered ahead a grande but received a tall. The cup felt a little light so I checked it when I got to my car and discovered this craziness. There was also a lot of syrup at the bottom of the cup, like it wasn't mixed well.

Every single time I order lately I’ve ended up throwing away my order..usually 2 PSL…(that’s expensive & on 2I’ve also lost my rewards at 200 each timeit’s never made the same….shouldn’t the recipe be consistentthe only guarantee I get is if a barista Austin makes them..his drinks are spot on & always taste the same..which they should!!! We come almost every day & it’s always a gambleI live in Navarre & drive here

This caffeine is a helluva drug. Unfortunately today the coffee machine is down. Couldn’t give me an eta on when it would be fixed. A solid recommendation in this scenario would be to atleast put a sign on the door. Does two things for you. Reduces traffic and questions. Better experience given the situation for all.None the less the line was out the door and the cars were pilling onto the road. Slow service…all the foo foo drinks takes extra time..

I love the customer service here! However, never go inside! You will wait 2x longer going inside than you would going through drive thru (no matter how long it is).

Good lord do not do a walk in order at this location. There may be zero people in line but they will put the 20 online orders in front of you just to let them sit there for 30 mins. System makes no sense. Figure it
