This is my go-to Starbucks, and it never disappoints. Huge thanks to Karen for her leadership and to Monte and Brittany for always being friendly, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile. You can tell this team truly cares about what they do.

We live in Gulf Breeze and normally drive to Navarre just out of pure dedication to avoid the Tiger Point location. Going inside reminds me of the Seinfeld episode and the soup Nazi. Those of you who compliment Karen on here clearly are personal friends of hers because any actual customer looking for a good customer experience would not take the time to write a good review and must be accustomed to abuse. The way she scolds and ridiculed her employees in front of the whole store was uncomfortable to say the least. She acts as if there is some sort of sound barrier between her side of the counter and everywhere else. Get rid of her and this store may generate more local business. You are fortunate enough that you can survive due to out of towners not knowing any better.

We love Karen and the entire team at the Tiger Point Starbucks in Gulf Breeze!!! They greet me by name every single time! My drinks and food are always top notch. Wouldn't dream of going elsewhere. I will continue to recommend this location to all!

Look I normally don’t review businesses but this morning just made me think I need to don’t get me wrong the coffee is great but in the morning I’m not a people person so I Order and pay on the app so I just walk in grab my coffee and go on about my day…today made me to decide not to come back again.

I walk in and the guy making coffee doesn’t say good morning nothing just name of the order I walk to my coffee grab it while saying my name and he says door dash like twice and I’m like I’m not door dash i already paid for my coffee dude like why is it I’m getting harassed cause I’m getting stereotyped as a door dash. Yes it may seem like a small thing but what happened to customer service and common courtesy like I say thank you daily after grabbing my coffee and never a reply back I’ll find a coffee shop that respects their customers

The girl working the drive through window that tried to make a “joke” by saying “we are all out of everything, you might as well go home” and waited till we were actively driving away to say she was joking. Starbucks please train your employees to be at least semi professional. Shoutout to the boy who handed us our drinks (Austin) he was very polite. Found it funny how the girl who wanted to joke didn’t even want to talk or come up to us at the actual window.
