They break down their machines before closing so they turned my business away. Ridiculous. This place makes their own rules. If you close at 8pm, and you are a coffee shop, you should be able to get coffee. I was there 15 minutes before closing......

Cashier guy was very quiet, seemed like he did not want to be there, very dry. Barista lady was rude, basically threw our drink down on the counter and said “here’s your lavender matcha thing i don’t even know” walked away fastly waving her hands, didn’t give us time to say thank you, didn’t deserve it anyway, left a $5 tip just to regret it. This was my sisters 1st time at a Starbucks and never again.

Noticed a trend recently of them only filling cups 2/3 to 3/4 full. Same thing at the drive thru today so I park and go inside and ask for a top off. They insist on making a new one. I say ok, they make it, I get outside and realize they made the wrong drink. By Starbucks. I'm going back to Dunkin!

I come to this store almost every day before I go to work. Usually around 1pm. The whole team during that time is phenomenal but I wanted to point out an experience from today. I doordashed because I’m not feeling well. Isla, recognized my name and my order. On DoorDash you can’t order a side of cream cheese for the breakfast sandwiches but she remembered and added it to my bag. I have a bachelors degree in hospitality management, this was phenomenal and made me feel so special to the store! Thank you Isla, and the whole team :).

Got a mobile order for a frappe and when I arrived it still was not ready. Then when they gave me my drink it was not even frozen and completely melted. If I knew that my drink would come this way I never would've spent my money on a frappe in the first place. Ridiculous I had to wait on a drink that didn't even come prepared the correct way.
This location was extremely hard to get in and out of if you're on the opposite side of the street. It's darn near impossible

I find it weird you can't order a venti ice water anymore, I tried to order a water with my 25 dollar order and Jenn said quote "you may have a tall" and that's weird. Why can't I have a larger water??

Go through the drive thru yesterday. Try to talk to the girl as I'm pulling out my phone to say can I use my birthday reward. She slams the door shut and ignores me when I ask about it she proceeds to tell me we'll you should have used the scan only function. This is news to me nobody has ever said that before. I ask how I can fix it she said I'll refund you... I was never refunded.
She was in such a hurry to just dismiss me it's insane. Yes my bad for not knowing but also shame on you for not listening and just being plain rude. Nobody is perfect I literally stop every day going into work out in destin and have never been told about the scan function they speak to me with kindness and respect as I do with them.
I have never had a pleasant experience in this starbucks.
