The girl working the drive through window that tried to make a “joke” by saying “we are all out of everything, you might as well go home” and waited till we were actively driving away to say she was joking. Starbucks please train your employees to be at least semi professional. Shoutout to the boy who handed us our drinks (Austin) he was very polite. Found it funny how the girl who wanted to joke didn’t even want to talk or come up to us at the actual window.
There was an issue with my gift card. Karen the Manager and Austin who waited on us handled it with class and very professional. Our drinks were the best ever. Thanks Austin for the suggestion. Thanks Karen. Both deserve a raise and a very well done job Thank you.
Karen was a great barista she was busting her butt making drinks and still managed to be funny and personable! We came yesterday, and that male barista was great too. Both times had a little wait but we didn’t mind!
