I had a great experience trying the steak and cheese protein bowl at Subway. I really appreciate having healthy options available as most fast food type places are on the unhealthy side. The steak was tender and flavorful, and the melted cheese added the perfect touch. I loved being able to customize it with fresh veggies. It was a healthy, low carb yet filling meal, and the service was fast and friendly. I would highly recommend!

I have been to this subway a number of times, at different times of day, in the past 9 months. I have had consistently excellent service. Compliments to the management and staff.

Why is it that every time I try to get a sandwich after 815? The lobby is closed and the drive-through is magically out of order? I have had some very good experiences here, but if your hours are posted 9 to 9, then you should be open from those times

Ladies preparing the sandwiches we're extremely professional and worked quickly. The restaurant was also clean. All you can ask for out of a subway.

I was treated very poorly at this restaurant! A girl with a nose ring and dark hair finally noticed us after we sat at the tables inside. Came in from smoking made me a sub with the wrong cheese. Started yelling at me telling me that's what I asked for after saying I didn't and trying to take it anyway she starts throwing lettuce on it and I said I don't want that sub you can toss it but I will pay for it as my 2 kids had 2 foot longs as well that I was still ordering. She then starts throwing away all of our food saying I can leave because at this point I'm a waste of her time. I respond and say ma'am I come here all the time and.... she cuts in and says well you can not come here again! Yelling at me the whole way out. This place is 1 mile from my home and now I have to take my kids 25 mins away for their favorite restaurant and the manager is just as rude. Very disappointing! We moved here from NC and have never been treated so poorly at any restaurant! If I could give 0 stars I would! Terrible people and worst customer service. This has happened on more than 1 occasion!

So, I would give less than one star, but you can't in order to leave a review. Today, a mother with 4 kids came in to order sandwiches for her and her kids, and the person working behind the counter was BEYOND rude!!! Even after the server messed up this mom's order, the mom was willing to pay for the messed up sandwich and just order a new one the way she ordered it, and the server REFUSED! She was beyond rude, and her behavior was inexcusable. The mom did ask for a manager, and the girl behind the counter responded with, "I don't know where he is, but you can leave." So, the lady did. Do better!

ONLY BECAUSE OF DRIVE THRU: Drive thru orders are done through a screen, not personal and no way to ask questions. So your order is what you see on the board , no place to request anything special.

I randomly stop by here on my way back to my office after working in Pensacola, and they are always short staffed "one person" anyways I've had the pleasure of meeting two fine hard working people there. Rachel and another fellow who I forgot his name but they really have an amazing attitude. They greet you and ask what you're having with a great attitude, not some places where people have really bad attitudes and act like they don't want to be there. They have really great conversations while they make your food and the place is pretty darn clean. I really appreciate this kind of service and hospitality. 5 starts for both these employees. Keep up the great work. We customers see it!!

I’d skip this one if you are needing to go through the drive through. They make you use a touchscreen to put in your order and it is slow and difficult. The employee we spoke to at the window was nice.

I ordered two sandwiches online and came in right after. The lady working used the wrong bread and said she toasted it yet both sandwiches were cold. She said she used the wrong bread because they were out but I worked there and the protocol is to wait till they arrive then ask which bread they want. She also didn’t even tell us when she gave us the bag that she switched the bread. She also didn’t put the seasoning I asked for on it either. She also didn’t put napkins in the bag either which is common sense. On top of all this she was extremely rude.
