I ordered two sandwiches online and came in right after. The lady working used the wrong bread and said she toasted it yet both sandwiches were cold. She said she used the wrong bread because they were out but I worked there and the protocol is to wait till they arrive then ask which bread they want. She also didn’t even tell us when she gave us the bag that she switched the bread. She also didn’t put the seasoning I asked for on it either. She also didn’t put napkins in the bag either which is common sense. On top of all this she was extremely rude.

Don't ask for tuna fish all I got was a bunch of vegetables and one the two scoops tuna fish all a footlong sub this has happened twice to me I will never go there again I tried calling to complain no one answer the phone it seems like once they got your money it doesn't matter

The online order app selected a random store and now I can’t cancel the order and they don’t answer the phone - total rip off! Took $25 and sent the order to the Wrk g place - do not use online ordering they will steal your money

Just had lunch. Very disappointed in the quality of the sandwich. I had a tuna. It was so scarce that the employee had a hard time covering the bread. It was like eating a bread sandwich. I understand cost has gone up in ingredients, but when you raise prices, keep the same quality and not cheap out! I will not go back!!!
