Tried to order a sandwich, the girl behind the counter basically ignored me, took an on line order and proceeded to make the online order. I asked her if she was going to do that first, she said yes, that you never knew when they would get there. To which I replied “I’m already here.” She ignored me and continued with the online order so I left. It didn’t seem to phase her.

DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT eat here! Had a terrible experience when me and my sister went there. The girl working the counter was extremely rude and disgusting attitude towards me all because I asked for her to grab me a certain cookie out of the cookie case that looked softer than the others. She immediately gave me attitude and then my sister saw a roach in the case. She told the subway girl about there being a roach in there and she proceeds to take the cookies out the rack, get the bug, and PUT THE COOKIES BACK to sell to other people. After seeing another roach in the case the girl says and I quote “we have roaches sorry I don’t know what to tell you.” We threw our sandwiches away after we left when we really shouldn’t have even bought them in the first place but I was so mad at that whole experience and the way the worker talked to me I just wanted to walk out. I will never and I mean never come back to this place and I recommend for anyone else to do the same.

Online orders are always missing most of the veggies. It’s just best to order inside. If you do pickup just check your sandwhich if it’s made right cause you paid for it.

I use to go here all the time. Before covid and after. They kept clean. But never enough workers always. But now their prices are beyond expensive. It’s to the point that on hard working days, I’d rather go home and have something less. Or even just go to the store after working all day. Yes, it’s that expensive. 4 foot longs, extra meat, $43

Just left mid order. The older guy with white hair just wiped his visibly snotty nose in a Subway napkin right in front of me then immediately proceeded to grab the paper and make my sandwich without washing or gloves

This review is based on tonights customer service only. When my fiancé went into the store tonight to use a bogo coupon, he was not assisted by tonight's employee (whose name I'll withhold outside of that it starts with Sa ) as he should have been. His vision is poor, and of course he wanted the best bogo deal he could get, but when he was looking up at the menu board he could not see what the price of the subs were. He asked "Sa" what the cheapest foot long sub they had was. According to her it would be $9 or more. Having lived in this location for over 20 years and also a previous employee of Subway, over 20 years ago as well, I am familiar with the who the owners are(father and son). So to verify pricing I called one of their alternate stores down the road inside our Tiger Point Walmart, where a very pleasant and helpful young man polietly answered my question of what is the cheapest foot long sub, (veggie and then meatball was given with the prices) I asked if the owners were the same for store #5342 and his response was " I am not sure" which is an honest answer with good customer service. I then call the store #5342 & inquired if the owner I knew of or his son were still the current owners of this location as the other down the road? I was then asked, "Who is this" and I said a customer. I asked again (dropping their names this time)if they still were the current owners and if so are the prices the same at both locations? She told me no, on the prices, that every location has its own pricing based on area, and as for who owns it, she couldn't divulge that information, that Id have to call back in the morning and speak with the MOD. I responded with okay, asked her name and the MOD name, which she gave me. I then asked her, what is the cheapest foot long sub they have is besides a veggie sub ? She replied, that I was being to vague, so she is not sure. In my many years of experience as a customer service manager, I could think of other appropriate responses along the lines of, "I am not sure" or "let me see if I can find out". Despite her inability to give general pricing, I narrowed it down fir her to one sandwich, a ft. long cold cut combo, which she did look up and informed me was $6.49. Now knowing that there is a sub less than $9.00, I began to explain the reason for my call. That due to an earlier incident inside the store, where it seemed no one could help determine the price of the cheapest sub. She immediately went defensive and sounding aggressive stated that this was the first time she had spoken to me, completely ignoring that I had just stated "service inside store". With her new found attitude toward me,as a customer, I told her to very careful with her words. She then aggressively asked me if that was a threat? I stated, " No, however I do know who owns it and who the MOD is. That being said, she proceeded to tell me again, how she has never spoken to me until now and hung up on me.I thrive on customer service, as well as shoppers curiosity. When I worked for these owners years and years ago, this type of behavior would have never been tolerated.I fully believe in shopping locals and supporting our hometown. I do not know what kind of day employee "Sa" had, but the customer service and Subway standards I knew were no where to be found on this night.

It's a good little alternative if you want to eat good food .it's fast and never crowded.

Don't order through DoorDash or GH. Constantly gets the order wrong. I'm not talking about onions instead of peppers here either, like the entire sandwich. Almost thought the delivery driver grabbed someone else's order by mistake. Nope
