We normally love Sweet Frog, but my family I went yesterday for some fro-yo and was meant with an employee with a terrible attitude. She wasn’t very welcoming from the beginning but it only got worse as we were there and we were the only three people there. After already paying for our yogurt (and leaving her a tip,) my son decided he wanted to get a drink. He is 6 and wanted to do it all by himself. He was given money to go up for the drink, after waiting several minutes for her to come from the back I had to go up and loudly ask for help so she could hear me, when she came out she seemed noticeably irritated. I sat back down to let my son pay, after paying my son wanted to put his change in the jar so HE could leave her a tip. We were trying to explain to him where to put it; as we were trying to help him she walked away from the register and said “just keep it.”
Mind you we had already given her a tip with our transaction and my six year old was trying to do something he thought was nice only to have her respond the way she did was wildly inappropriate and RUDE! We never saw her again the entire time we were there eating our yogurt.
Such a disappointing experience since we normally love it there and go often; but I will be honest and say if I we were to go there and that woman was working we will leave!

As I walked in I was greeted by the workers with a warm smile. This one young lady in particular whose name I believe is Kaya, had outstanding service. She was very polite and overall gave a great experience. I am very satisfied with this Sweet Frog and I hope to see her working there again!

Cute place, yogurt was good. Bathroom was clean so was the rest of the place. A little pricy but that's typical for the area.
Always a great place to stop and treat the kids for doing a good job.

I love sweet frog in GB! The employees are always friendly, everything in the store is clean and the selection is great. Honestly I’m so thank guy l we still have a frozen yogurt place in Gulf Breeze to support!

You can choose between 3 cup sizes or a waffle cone to fill yourself from multiple soft served, premium frozen yogurt machines. They have a variety of flavors and vast assortment of toppings and fillers.
Kid-friendliness: Definitely idea for kids. They have colorful chairs and a kid friendly atmosphere, not to mention a huge chalk wall for anyone to draw on.
