Absolutely love the new dinner entrees, as well as the overall vibe of The Pointe. Our waiter, Garrett, was the kindest, well-mannered young man & did an awesome job explaining the menu and making recommendations for the perfect meal. I don’t usually give 5 stars, but The Pointe has earned them!! Will definitely be back!

Updated review- used to really love this place. Chef left and I don’t feel the food is as good and the portions have shrunk with an increase in price. Not the best combination. That being said, we still eat here often enough but really do miss the quality and quantity we would get before.

The food is a bit pricey for what you get, but it's good. The atmosphere is great and it's always nice to see familiar faces from the locals. They have Trivia on Tuesday and Bingo on Thursday. Lots of other fun events too!

Picked up an order to go and was so severely disappointed by the food. For starters the chicken tacos were just a single chicken tender on a soft tortilla drowned in cotija cheese and unbelievably bland. The chicken tenders are $15 for a few measly tenders and celery sticks? No sides? The pointe burger was decent but I ordered it medium well only to bite into an almost completely raw burger. I couldn’t stomach it and I don’t mean it was medium rare or even rare it was as if they seared the outside and purposely didn’t cook it. The atmosphere is completely ruined by the snobbish and rude people dining there. It’s almost cliche how rudely some of those women looked me up and down simply for picking up an order in casual clothes. I wouldn’t recommend eating here ever honestly I wasted $50 on undercooked and under seasoned food. The staff was young but nice and didn’t make me feel unwanted like the customers did.
They did an awesome job remodeling this club house into a bar and restaurant. Had dinner there a few months ago and it was great..Football night at the bar was very nice.

The only reason I’m giving 1 star is our waiter…. Food was DISGUSTING ?!!! I couldn’t eat mine. Atmosphere was more like “ CUGARTOWN” than a restaurant. We’ve been here 2 times and now after tonight’s experience I remember why we hadn’t been there in a year. Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else! So not worth it!!

So incredibly disappointing! The food is horrible and extremely expensive! Their only happy hour beer was a PBR for 3 bucks. I might as well just go back to college and drink natty lite. The service is next to non existent, they just ignore you. I sat for over 10 minutes with one bartender and she scowled at me when I tried to wave her down. This place could be so awesome! This is not my first time here, I've given this place so many chances, but it's a lack of management. I'd take the bad service over the food! Please get rid of this so called chef and hire someone with an imagination instead of frozen salmon and gas station shrimp. I've talked with several neighbors and friends and they concur. This place needs to change!
