Derrick is always ontop of things every single time I order. The order is never wrong when he gets it. He's actually corrected one of my orders one time. Thank you for always being wonderful man!!

Such a wonderful spot! Smoothies were absolutely delicious and the breakfast was so good! So nice coming to a resturant and the food is fresh, the drinks are nutritious, and everything overeall was amazing. Will definitly be coming back!

We were here on free smoothie day and it was absolutely packed. The restaurant was clean and the employees were hustling and worked together like a well oiled machine! Great job guys!

The peanut banana smoothie was great. Would not recommend chicken ceasar salad though. It was pretty mediocre to put nicely. Def not worth the money that’s for sure.

I asked for no blueberries in my açai bowl, and she put blueberries in it but then took them off with a spoon after when I asked to get the blueberries taken off, she also took off the Nutella that was on top. Then I asked for more Nutella because there was none on it and she made me pay an additional charge for more. In my opinion this is not acceptable and I feel it was not needed to pay for something I didn’t ask for.

The girl working the lunch rush alone today did AMAZING. She was polite and friendly, efficient, and the food was great as well! 😁

Huge shoutout to the amazing employee at Tropical Smoothie Café in Gulf Breeze who was working solo this morning and absolutely crushing it! Even while hustling to keep up, he stayed upbeat, friendly, and just radiated positive energy—something that’s often missing in the service industry these days.

It’s refreshing to walk in for a pickup order and be greeted with a smile rather than indifference. That kind of attitude makes all the difference, and was truly appreciated. Thank you for showing up, working hard, and spreading good vibes! This is my favorite Tropical Smoothie Cafe location and I’ll definitely be back.

Ordered on the app for a 9:15 am pickup. Order was confirmed on the app and my card was charged. I arrived and the door was locked, open sign was off, and no one inside. Submitted a complaint on the app… hope I get a refund for my $11 sandwich that I didn’t receive.

My husband and I grabbed some Detox Green Smoothies & they were missing the banana causing them to be very bitter. Also, the young lady serving us did not greet us or even ask what we would like, which felt a little rude. The place usually has a nice atmosphere but this experience was not the best.

The food and service was honestly wonderful. The manager, Derrick, was great. He was very helpful with recommendations and had great customer service. Our food was very good. I have to complain about the heat though. We could not enjoy our meal and smoothies inside as it was much too hot.
