Employees clearly have no customer service training. And wraps were mushy and distcusting and you couldn't eat the acai bowls when you get them you have to wait. Don't waste ya money go on down the road somewhere else.

The place is in need of tlc. My wrap did not taste done all the way it had almost a gooey texture. Can hear private conversations going on while waiting for food. The staff wasn’t to bad but not friendly. My smoothie was really good though the smoothie gets a 10/10 but the food gets a 1/10 and the service could definitely be better. But I think that’s most places these days. When I went to pay it asked me to leave a tip of 10-15% just hate when places pressure you to tip when you are literally dining in. It’s just very tasteless. Won’t be back.

One of the worst experiences that I have had at a business. The whole order was wrong, when I approached the counter it took 10 minutes after making eye contact with several employees to even get their attention for more than a second. Not a single one asked if I needed to be helped they would make eye contact and then walk away. Mind you as it was not busy at this time.

I hate to give a one star rating because I normally love tropical smoothie but the young high school girl working was horrible . She talked to her friends the entire time she made my order and the smoothie was awful and my food sat on the counter for almost 10 minutes.Owner should really check in on their employees better, we won’t be back if she’s working.

Easily the worst tasting drink, meal, or item I’ve ever received from a restaurant. I’m still waiting on my refund five days later.

The service was a bit sluggish today. Strangely, the tropical smoothie cafe on Bayou Blvd seems to offer a better taste. I ordered the sunrise sunset, but it didn't have the same flavor.

I went here years before, maybe 4 years ago when I was a student. I was disappointed then and was disappointed now. I always get a cranberry truffle regardless of the time of the year because the ingredients are kept year round. Every location I’ve been to makes it with no issue. They refused to make it and got an attitude about it. I ordered a Bahama mama and received a blueberry bliss. The lettuce was wilted and was just overall mediocre at best. Both times, the service is subpar, the food is below average and it’s just an unpleasant experience. I would normal have the smoothie remade but we had an event to be at and couldn’t waste anymore time. I would just avoid.

Exceptional Customer Service at Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Gulf Breeze, FLI recently had the pleasure of visiting Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Gulf Breeze and experienced a remarkable level of customer service, particularly from a staff member named Monique. I would like to take a moment to commend her for going above and beyond in ensuring a positive experience for me, despite an unfortunate incident.During my visit, I accidentally spilled a smoothie on the floor. Without hesitation, I offered to clean up the mess myself. However, Monique insisted on taking care of the situation. What truly impressed me was her unwavering professionalism and genuine concern while dealing with the spill. Not once did she exhibit any attitude or lose her cool, which is sadly rare in today's society.Monique's approach to customer service exemplified excellence. She quickly grabbed the necessary cleaning supplies and efficiently tidied up the smoothie spill. Throughout the process, she remained friendly, attentive, and focused on providing exceptional service. Her dedication to her role at Tropical Smoothie Cafe was evident, and her actions left a lasting positive impression on me.In a world where good customer service can often be hard to come by, Monique's conduct is truly commendable. Her willingness to take responsibility for cleaning the mess, even though I offered to help, showcases the genuine care she has for both her customers and the establishment she represents.I left Tropical Smoothie Cafe feeling grateful for Monique's service and impressed by the overall experience. Her exceptional dedication sets an inspiring benchmark for the rest of the team, making this cafe an outstanding place to visit.I highly recommend Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Gulf Breeze to anyone seeking not only delicious smoothies but also outstanding customer service. Monique's professionalism and customer-centric approach make this establishment stand out from the rest. Bravo, Monique, and thank you for your exceptional service!Sincerely,Matthew Purvis

They gave me banana that had split open (no huge deal) and was just too old to have not been noticed when bagging it, they gave me someone else's flatbread (I ordered a wrap), the wrap contains lettuce but was microwaved or warmed to the point of steaming so the lettuce was extremely wilted. It was a wasted trip, and the opposite of my first experience at that location about a year ago.

Should probably spend more time making smoothies and less time on personal phone calls on cell phone. Like 8/1/23 @ 11:30 am incase any checks these. Left with out smothies that were already paid. Just tired of waiting
