This place is awful. The food was cold the manager was completely rude the lady with the white hair and got an attitude with me because I brought my food back in because there was a hair in my sandwich between the meat and cheese. I barely got any fries and when I showed her the fries she snatched the bag out my hand and threw it away and said everything will be remade fresh and walked off. One of her employees kept apologizing to me and I told the young lady hey not your fault and before I knew it the manager was coming from the back yelling at the young lady saying your not going to take that order. This place needs new management asap. And this happened a few days ago..

How many reviews will it take for this location to get its act together!!!!! It's 10:35 and I came inside for a Son of baconator sandwich. I asked for freshly cooked bacon and said that I didn't mind waiting!! I was told by manager Kelly that they weren't going to make a sheet of new bacon for lunch when they still have 6 hour leftover bacon!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And herein lies the problem with restaurants today!!!! You want my money yet you're not willing to give me what I pay for!!!!!! Shame on you!!!!!! DO BETTER!!!!!!!!!

They forgot everything on the burger, there was no bacon that would be fine I guess but they forgot cheese, how do you forget cheese like on a CHEESE burger or get dint just do this once they did it 5 TIMES, the cashier at the drive through was super nice but the actual food was made horribly

Daniel Drive Gulf Breexe, fl, the potatoes were teenie, no cheese, we asked for extra chives, saw few on both potatoes, baked potatoes were all destroyed into broken pieces, fake butter, chili had no cheese k but we may have forgotten to add that. The chicken nuggets were typical and nothing special. The small frostie was an understatement to the word small. The chili was very runny and full of variety of beans more that meat. All to the tune of over $20.00 plus dollars. The lady at checkout was friendly and seemed to care but this is the 2nd time we have tried and both times severe disappointment for the cost. The app says loaded baked potatoe but the brick and mortar said there is no such thing. The app offered delivery but not this store or maybe not at all so that was confusing. We'll move on from Wendy's
Every time I come to this drive through I am asked to pull forward and all I order is fries and nuggets for my kids, no exaggeration it’s everytime.

went into wendy’s today and overall bad experience. waited at the counter for a few minutes while people talked literally in my vision in the back. then when i left they laughed about me to each other as i walked out. as well as while i was sitting down i overheard them talking about how a customer was rude to him so while he made their lemonade he said he sprayed some sort of cleaning product in their drink. idk if he actually did but i very much overheard that. 0/10
