Didn't know to tell robot order name so they yelled at us and then the next lady yelled at us for not knowing to come inside. Every store is different. They're playing brats.

So over the weekend my uncle came in town and he decided to stop at Wendy’s well that was a bad decision because he got food poisoning. The meat was grey looking and didn’t realize it till after his third bite into his sandwich. This Wendy’s had definitely gone down hill. Do better but I can see this place getting shut down real soon…

10/17/2025 9:15pm Decided to stop in and give Wendy's a try, again. Previously orders were wrong, crew not cordial, sandwich looked like it had been ran over. However, last night, almost all of the drive thru crew were very friendly, the order was not only correct but hot, condiments and napkins were in bag. They were fast, friendly and effective.

Shift Manager Taylor is AMAZING! She is such a kind human! This location is lucky to have such a dedicated worker! Will definitely be back!
Hands down the worst Wendy’s experience I’ve ever had. The food was flat-out unacceptable—buns so hard they could’ve passed for hockey pucks, still ice-cold in the middle like they’d been pulled straight from a freezer. The burger itself? Cold, flavorless, and inedible. Fries were the same—stone cold and stale.
When I politely informed management, expecting at least an apology or a fresh order, they literally laughed at me. Yes, laughed. Zero professionalism, zero customer service, zero care. Instead of fixing the problem, they doubled down on the attitude and outright refused to issue a refund. So not only did I walk out hungry, I was stuck with food my dog wouldn’t even touch—and trust me, my dog eats anything.
This isn’t just bad service, it’s disrespectful. Laughing at customers, serving garbage food, and refusing to make it right is a recipe for disaster. If this is how this location is being run, it’s a complete embarrassment to the Wendy’s brand. Save your money, save your time—go literally anywhere else.

This place is awful. The food was cold the manager was completely rude the lady with the white hair and got an attitude with me because I brought my food back in because there was a hair in my sandwich between the meat and cheese. I barely got any fries and when I showed her the fries she snatched the bag out my hand and threw it away and said everything will be remade fresh and walked off. One of her employees kept apologizing to me and I told the young lady hey not your fault and before I knew it the manager was coming from the back yelling at the young lady saying your not going to take that order. This place needs new management asap. And this happened a few days ago..
