I typically don't visit Whataburger, but dropped in because it was close. I can say that this facility was clean and the service was great. It was better than most of the other fast food chains that i always "thought" were better. I guess this shows that it's always good to keep an open mind and try new establishments. Great job, Whataburger.

This drive thru is an absolute joke. Waited 25 minutes to order my 2 orders of biscuits and gravy. Then go to the window and the big fellow said here are your pancakes and obviously I said I ordered 2 biscuits and gravy. Then he said please pull forward and we will bring it out to you. Waited another 8 minutes. Then got home and the gravy serving was less than half of a little cup. Unbelievably worse experience I have encountered and I'm local of 30 years.Steve L.

I’m not sure what’s going on here, but the costs have increased and the food and service has gone down hill in the last couple of months. The drive-through lines are extremely slow, the food has no taste and even the milkshakes aren’t as thick as they used to be. Please fix it cuz we really like this place.

Just spent 15 minutes in line even waiting to place my order when there were only 3 Cars in the drive through when I pulled in. Called and manager says they have "great wait times" because the wait time doesn't start until you wait in line a half hour to reach the window.
How is this store still open? Minimum 20 minutes for any order. Wish they would either hire people or close.
Whataburgers are good if you get mayo/ketchup added.

Oh lord! I love Whataburger always have and always will but this location is terrible and unprofessional. The entire time we had to listen to the manager in the back loudly telling employees to make sure everyone takes the survey and it needs to be mentioned at the register and the person with the most surveys would win a $50 gift card or something. This should be something done in the office or a team meeting not in the open in front of everyone in my opinion. The food was also subpar cold meat and the guy at the register actually mocked and questioned my order loudly and in front of the line of people behind me. Yes sir I know asking for 3 slices of cheese on my Whataburger is strange but it’s how I like it. He literally said “3 pieces of cheese on a single Whataburger is weird we usually do that on a triple never a single “. It was a little embarrassing and caught me very off guard.
