I typically don't visit Whataburger, but dropped in because it was close. I can say that this facility was clean and the service was great. It was better than most of the other fast food chains that i always "thought" were better. I guess this shows that it's always good to keep an open mind and try new establishments. Great job, Whataburger.
I’m not sure what’s going on here, but the costs have increased and the food and service has gone down hill in the last couple of months. The drive-through lines are extremely slow, the food has no taste and even the milkshakes aren’t as thick as they used to be. Please fix it cuz we really like this place.
This morning I went through the drive-thru ordered two bacon egg taquitos with no cheese. Went down the road a few miles and stopped to eat and found that I had two bacon. Taquitos with cheese. No egg in it. I went back to the Whataburger inside and complained. They gave me two bacon egg taquitos with no cheese. And a half-hearted? I'm sorry. This was not the first time my order has been wrong. I even repeated my order twice through the drive-thru. They didn't even offer...
