I tried for more than 30 min to place an order. Tried online but the website threw an error when you submit payment. I tried 2 different browsers and 2 different cards, same problem...malformed JSON string. So I called and they said they don't take orders over the phone. I told them the website wasn't working and was told you have to use the app. Downloaded the app and tried to log in but password didn't work and the forgot password function show me a phone number I have never had so I use my email...six times and never got the confirmation code. So try to create a new account using a different email...there was an error with the info I submitted. No highlighted field...just an error in the perfectly accurate information. At this point, I have spent more than 30 minutes trying to place my order and it is now 8:30 and they are closed. I am convinced they do not want business. I used to eat here regularly but stopped when they dropped the black and blue zalad. After 2 years, thought I would give them another chance. Won't do it again.
The service and cleanliness of this particular location has gone way down hill. It's not uncommon to find yourself waiting for over 5 mins just to place an order, even if you're the only person there. Teens are constantly in and out of the place taking the serving staffs attention, and the restaurant looks like it's been the "busiest day of the year" every day as far as being a wreck. Not sure what the deal with the owners are, but places in this state of poor management do not last long here.
Sadly I won't be shocked to see a "Closed" sign on the door soon.

Ordered original chicken sandwich combo meal, 3 chicken fingers and 1 order of fried pickles through the drive up. Arrived home and no chicken fingers. Chicken sandwich we actually laughed at because NO ONE would eat that tiny, overcooked, piece of whatever that was. Whole dinner absolutely AWFUL.

We ordered a 4 pieces chicken fingers plate and a Cobb salad and they gave us very small amount of food for the money that we paid, even the salad has almost none chicken and chicken and fries were cold.

Love how well there food is served, and also love how frendly the staff is they are amazing and can work in fast paces when needed

Got a few details wrong on the order, spelled my name wrong though I spelled it out took a few times to actually take my order but it was a new trainee. Food was still Excellent.
