Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I always have a positive experience at this Zaxby's location, the staff are always very friendly and helpful. The staff member, Jesie, goes above & beyond, and is always very efficient. I've seen him take his time with customers to ensure they have a good experience even during busy times. He is always very friendly and makes sure we have everything we need... enough sauces, etc. I am impressed with this Zaxbys as a whole and have never had a bad experience. This team works well together, they must have good management.

Jesse is the kind of young man I'd try to steal from Zaxby's and employ myself. Smart, hard working, and very helpful. He very kindly took my order just before close, and I could just tell he was a good employee that cared about his job. Give this man an attaboy and a raise!

Went through the drive thru a few nights ago, ordered the big box. Only one car in front of us, and they left the window prior to us getting there. We sat for 10 minutes waiting on our food but I’m still giving 5 stars all around simply because we were not asked to pull forward as the cars piled up behind us.

I don’t know why I go back every time thinking maybe something will be different. The kids working there just don’t care. Ordered my food off the app this time and chose for the seasoning to be on the side of the fries instead of dumped on top per usual. Still got it dumped on top. The sauce on the sandwiches is sad. The bread is stale.

Rudest staff I’ve ever seen at Zaxbys tonight. They have cars waiting so closely in the drive through that no one can get out of their food is delivered first. Too lazy to ask customers to pull around. The drive trough lady literally walked my food to the car - I told her I don’t have room to get out and she said you can back up some. I started to and the jeep behind me started laying on his horn yelling. Thanks zaxvys for the hostile confrontations after a 12 hour work day. Never coming back

Just a simple order. I ordered 2 two piece Zak snack and a big Zak snack menu. Unfortunately I received only one two piece, My fault, as I should of checked the order. I called and the person who answered asked for my information several times. Apparently could not understand me. Plus, They said it will be a credit for the future. Yeah right.
I guess in the future, If I go back they will have the info? I doubt it. Just a simple order. Oh by the way, your website does not work .

Bread was stale like it sat for hours after being prepared, 1 chicken tender was somewhat fresh while the rest were tough and barely warm, fries were barely warm. Food was cooked and sat too long before giving out to customers. Tea tasted off. But the cookies were on point; cooked perfect. Ate there on 8/1
