Cindy and I have been hearing good things about this food truck for quite a while now, so we decided to give it a try today. We were very pleased with the prices, quantity and quality of our meals. The Jersey girl in charge was right. The Red Snapper was quite similar to the haddock us Mainers like. We didn’t need ketchup for the fries, and the honey mustard dressing was great on the onion rings. You can also buy her homemade salad dressings and even Cooper cheese by the pound.
I had the seafood Trio and it was delicious. so today I am having to open face roast beef sandwich with mashed potatoes
Decided to stop by when we saw the truck. Best decision we made. The food was excellent. Homemade & fresh. I ordered the Monte Cristo with a side of antipasto. We will be definitely be returning.
