There seems to be a big staff change in management change at Burger King in Haines City. It used to be a very scary place to go. Today we stopped in there and it was friendly faces and pleasant conversations and food was delicious. Nice change

I don't like giving 1 star review but my guy the place deserves it. I don't really know if it's Burger King or the employees but not giving you sauce for your chicken fries or your nuggets it's crazy you does that? If you bought chicken nuggets or chicken fries they'll charge you 25 cents for the sauce not for extra nope but for the sauce

Line took over an hour for a delivery orser and the food was COLD. I do not advise you visit this store at night. Employee said I had to go through the line again to get it remade for the customer, the bag was cold to tbe touch!

This place is ridiculous! I paid $14.43 for a burger combo that was ready as soon as I finished ordering. The fries were cold and I had to get water because all they had was soda options. Do you folks know that some of the best burger places in Haines City like Beef O Brady's and The Bunker are charging $10 for a freshly made burger with a side and a drink that are bigger and taste better than your fast food stuff? How are you guys still in business? I remember growing up and going to Burger King , It used be really good. I haven't eaten here in many years but wanted to try it again as I was driving by. WOW! I guess it was my last time.

The manager was nice enough We asked him for fresh food he says it would take a little longer and he don't mind. But when they gave me my food it was cold and the wrong order and girl who replaced the order had an attitude. And then my burger was cold. So needless to say that's why I rated them three and under.
