ordered today 3/8 , 3 sandwiches the 2 Philly steak burgers asked to be made doubles they were excellent. The cheese champ asked for swiss they did asked for bacon they did no tomato and pickle extra onion perfect but how do you forget the mayo, mustard and ketchup that's the standard for the sandwich that's the reason its a 3 star versus 5 star

We've been here a few times! The service and food were usually good! We had 2 visits back to back that were pretty crappy. They extremely over salted all of our burgers, and I like salt! I couldn't even finish the burgers, and we were already home when we realized it. We were given replacement meals on our next visit, which was great guest service! It took about 10 minutes just to verify the free meals, and they took a long time to come out when they did. They all had to be remade because they were wrong. I really hate complaining about a free meal, but 3 of the 4 meals had to be fixed. They were fine when they were remade, but we wasted about a half hour just to get our food after we were out all day in Orlando and tired and wanted to grab a quick dinner. Luckily, we checked the food before leaving Checkers, or this review wouldn't have been so nice. We'll be back again because we love Checkers!

I’m not too sure why such bad reviews if you’re polite to them they will be polite back. It’s pretty simple to me. Food always hot and fresh and ready to go within 5-10 min wait.

On a whim we stopped for a late lunch. I was not expecting much but the food was good for a burger joint and actually brought a huge wave of nostalgia just from the atmosphere. Prices were unexpectedly lower than most other burger places.
Got a bbq brisket sandwich and the bread was not toasted asked for light mayo got extra mayo fry’s were old and soggy it was to many people on the shift for my food to be like this smh I know mistakes happens but this is just a shame 0/10 do not recommend

I only stop when really needing "food", and it's on the way to "point B": cheeseburger or fish sandwich, on Sale. Checkers is walk-up window or drive-thru. The food is often wrapped in a greasy paper (from food prep gloves). The flavor is not bad; the quality is just not great. The AI Order-Taker is annoying. The real person is Always professional, polite, and kind. But, I have to always Ask & ✓ Check for napkins & receipt. 😔 Their atmosphere appears boring and confined. The building is maybe 10'×12'. If you have been there before, you know what to order. I will go again if "desperate". The food is Better than McDonald's. And, they often have "SPECIALS". Enjoy.

I had a fantastic experience. I went to checkers for something little and simple, but was suggestively sold on a whole big before meal and apple pie. The staff is always so efficient, fast and friendly. The manager, Angel was beyond impressive and I also really enjoyed Janeesa. It's nice to be given such wonderful service and delightful energy along with checkers awesome food!
