Please be careful eating from this spot, I love this franchise but this particular location needs a visit from the health department. We ordered 10/22/24 right before closing, 10:40 to be exact. The food was terribly cold, within a few hours everyone who ate was on the toilet. It’s been 2 days and we’re still suffering.

I literally eat at or from this Chipotle in Haines City every single day, and I can say it’s the best location around. The manager is top-notch, always going above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. The entire team is incredible—friendly, fast, and always consistent with their service. Every time I come in, they greet me like family and make sure I leave satisfied. If you want great food and amazing people taking care of you, this is the place to be! Thank You to all the staff at Haines Chipotle You all are the BEST and I highly recommend ?❤️????

They gave us much more less food then dine in and the rice was undercooked we used our points for chips and salsa the app took the points and we lost 450 points very little barbacoa little sour cream and no chips??
Clear out your team and start from scratch because no one knows how to handle a rush in there. Chipolane hasn’t moved in 20+ mins and when we went inside we had to strap in for another 30 min wait. All they keep doing is knocking the line down and to hell with everyone else. Need better time management and a stronger team.

If you order online for take out DOUBLE CHECK before you leave!! I’ve made three orders this past week and all three orders were screwed up. Ordered chicken bowl with extra fajita veggies, red chili sauce and black beans. I didn’t get a single onion or pepper, no chili sauce, and pink beans!!! They always line up like 10 bowls and make em in an assembly line and apparently are screwing em up and letting the food go cold on counter. They need to work on one order at a time and close it up to avoid confusion and food going cold. Winter haven Chipotle is always on point, never coming to this one again. ? really irritating when you get home to eat after a long day and your food SUCKS. They did however rectify order.

We’ve ordered from this location three times and in every one there’s something wrong. First time we had small portions in our bowl and the food was cold. Not even the meat was warm. The employee at the drive they had zero customer service skill. The next two orders they didn’t serve any veggies like we put down. We ordered black beans and got some other beans. We ordered tomatillo sauce and they didn’t put any in it. The carnita meat was overcooked and tasted like was sitting around all day and the portions were small yet again. This location will not get my business again.
