Only here for an honest review. I hope it’s not like this everytime at this location but. The food was cold. The rice was undercooked the quesadilla was handed to me with the cheese not even melted. I asked to get it cooked right and I get it back and it’s still not even melted. What’s a quesadilla without melted cheese lol. The drink was bland as well. I love Chipotle but it hurts when they don’t make it with love :/

If this place has a manager, he/she should be fired or given proper training because the employees here have no idea what they are doing. I rather drive to the chipotle at Posner where they actually give you some food instead of tiny scoops of everthing with attitude like their job is hard.

Drove 30 minutes due to this is the closest location from where I live. Got home was only able to put my fork in twice when I found a very long hair wrapped in my chicken. Called and was told I would get a refund it’s been 15 days and still no refund.

I go to this chipotle at least every other day love the food wish I could say the same thing about there employee's there's a girl at the register so nasty with coustmers i had it with her i ordered a bowl and asked for sour cream on the side they made it but didn't put it in my bag so I go back to the register after I oaid got my food I always check my order at this restaurant they forget alot of thing I asked yasmin the girl at the rest for my sour cream they forgot grabs it and throws it into my bag when I get to the car I notice the sour cream all over my bowl opened cause she threw in the bag what the heck is this is crazy someone like that works there. That girl Yasmin needs to be fired she is nasty with the coustmers and the next time she acts or throws my food again there's going to be trouble if she is not delt with....

Food was good. If you are trying to eat healthy, and you think this is it? Don't go. If you have no health issues then it's great. Small place. Barely a place to sit. If you are in wheelchairs, or have walkers... good luck finding a spot to eat.
