We always visit Culver's when visiting Florida from England The food is fantastic and the staff friendly. We don't eat a lot of fast food but make an exception for Culver's.

I went through the drive-through and my order was incorrect. I had ordered two buffalo tenders but was given regular tenders instead. When I went back inside to have it corrected, the employee named Kimberly asked me to take the tenders out of my bag and hand them back to her so she could throw them away.
Not only was this an uncomfortable and unsanitary request for a customer, but it was also an extreme waste of food. I was told to keep the fries but return the tenders, which didn’t make much sense. Overall, the situation was poorly handled and left a negative impression, I will not be coming back here.

I love this place but last time I requested to remove onions and change cheddar cheese for American cheese... Looks like they didn't pay attention to my request. My order came totally wrong 😞

Service was great but tbh it's the other inconsiderate customers that keep me from coming back more often. People refuse to move up and will park and block the drive through and other customers have to maneuver around after they held up the line for 10 minutes with some over complicated order. Drive through person was excellent and had almost photographic memory and recited back my order perfectly. The person doing the curb side delivery double checked my order before giving it to me. Awesome food, sad they have terrible locals they have to deal with.

The food at Culver’s was good, but the service left a lot to be desired.
We were scolded by a staff member for using a door that wasn’t clearly marked as an emergency exit. Then, a drive-thru employee actually yelled at us for being in the parking lot—something that obviously makes no sense. When we tried to reenter the building to use the proper exit, they refused to open the door and made us walk all the way around through the drive-thru lane.
The way we were treated was rude and unnecessary. Unfortunately, the poor customer service overshadowed the quality of the meal.
