Very nice fast-food chain. Definitely a higher quality than your average fast-food chain. If they focused on improving their team members customer interaction skills, they could even rival ChilFilA overall. There is a bit of a gap in their friendliness.

We always visit Culver's when visiting Florida from England
The food is fantastic and the staff friendly.
We don't eat a lot of fast food but make an exception for Culver's.

Maybe we just hit a bad day or time - who knows. The manager was working the front register/order taking. Not the friendliest guy we have seen. Otherwise, the food and service was good
