Got my food set down to eat when a woman comes in with a dog in her hand. As she and her family are ordering the employees and touching the dog after touching the dog they go back to touching the food without washing hands. Sooooo nasty . As this lady with the dog is carrying the dog around in here around other people's food the employees do nothing about it. Also so everyone knows it's not a service dog . It a small very hair dog

Blizzard.... employee said "Reeces, cheesecake and caramel sauce, sounds amazing" then proceeds to only put Reeces in it ?
Mini cake cup - ice cream taste was off but compared to the frosting tasting like latex, it was delicious. Maybe they need to be better that they don't store chemicals near the food. Can't get the taste of that frosting out of my mouth.

Didn't realize this location wasn't a drive thru, but it was alright, I wanted a milkshake and they wasn't busy. The service was extremely fast, not a whole lotta friendly but definitely fast. Asked if I wanted whipped cream and a cherry for my shake, well hell yes I do for almost $6.
If I could leave a zero I would. We've ordered from this location multiple times over the year I've lived in Davenport, and EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. multiple things are wrong. I just ordered again hoping that maybe someone with half a brain cell was working today.. That could MAYBE read a simple instruction and complete the simple task of working fast food. (I have 4 years experience during college) But No... They messed up once again.. Ordered 2 blizzards totally different from each other.. They sent 2 of the same, with one only different by adding some strawberry sauce to the top.. CAN YOU IMAGINE?!... The disappointment and sadness of my pregnant wife because EVERY TIME she wants some damn Cheesecake, or specific stuff in her blizzard they aren't there? or we order some food and it never fails something is always missing, wrong, or not even in the ball park of being right... That's pretty messed up.. You guys need to do better, and be better.. Won't be buying from this location again. 0/10.
